This apartment, hosted by the kind and helpful Hiwot, is as nice a place as all of the reviews say it is. The location, just off of Gabon Street behind the Eyana Hotel, has two small neighbourhoods on either side with pleasant walking, several places to enjoy lunch or dinner, and many lovely people to meet and get to know. The small stretch of the main Gabon Street is also nice walking and not too busy. The apartment itself is very comfortable with decent wifi and amenities. And Hiwot is about the nicest hostel you will ever meet anywhere. She was always eager to help us any way she could, not just with our needs at the apartment, but with our travel plans through the country. We will definitely stay here again before we return home from Addis at the end of our trip.

My 75 year old mum and I had the most amazing stay at this Airbnb! Tucked away in a very unassuming location, this hidden gem completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped inside, I was blown away by the high ceilings and how incredibly spacious the place was—it felt luxurious and cozy at the same time. One of my favorite parts was the charming little coffee shop downstairs, which quickly became my go-to spot each morning for the macchiato. It’s such a thoughtful touch to have a place like that right on-site. The hosts were exceptional—super communicative, always available, and genuinely caring ( especially to mum). They made sure every detail of my stay was perfect and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. If you’re looking for a unique, comfortable, and beautifully designed space with outstanding hospitality, I can’t recommend this place enough! We can’t wait to come back.

It was an absolutely wonderful experience staying here! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The apartment had a thing, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect a short walk from nearby attractions, restaurants, bars, clubs whatever you’re looking for it’s around that area. The Host's was incredibly responsive and provided me with great local tips, ensuring I made the most of my visit. It was evident that they genuinely care about their guests' experience.
