Holiday rentals with breakfast in Bir

The place was easily accessible. Although we checked in one day late, the host provided us ample comfort during our stay. The food was amazing. The propriety is newly build and all the amenities were new. Right from the entrance to the washrooms and balcony, every place was top notch. The host was welcoming and approachable during the whole stay. Loved every bit of the stay.

This has to be one of the best stays that I had. I stayed here for 4 weeks. The hosts are amazing and it never feels like staying at Homestay. It’s like staying with family. The house while away from the hustle -bustle of commercial area is still close to ATM, grocery stores and some good village restaurants. The house is tastefully designed and has all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable. There is lots of open space and the view from the porch is mesmerizing. The kitchen, though on ground floor has all the necessary utensils to help you make your own food. You can also eat at some good village food joints as well as order food from dharamsala. Availability of water is never a problem. Power supply is almost uninterrupted. The house owners are very friendly and affectionate. Every ready and willing to help you should you have any difficulty or need any support. I can, without hesitation recommend this place for families to stay and have a great time.

Beautifully built large apartment. Very private, with fantastic views of the mountains from the roof terrace. Rita was incredibly helpful & kind. We had breakfast & an evening meal at the apartment, all superb quality. Huge, spotless bathroom & plenty of kitchen equipment if you wanted a snack. The bed is huge & comfortable. The terrace is great looking over the plant nursery with so many birds to see. The apartment is an easy walk to the cricket ground, although slopes involved as in all of Dharamshala. We will definitely return next time we visit Dharamshala.

This place was wonderful. It was my first stop in India so the perfect place to settle in. It’s a short walk from McLeod Ganj and is surrounded by great amenities including a couple of great restaurants, a shop and a gym. The area is a great mix of Tibetan/Buddhist and Indian cultures. It’s wonderful! The view from the balcony is spectacular and the kitchen is well equipped for self catering. I was remote working so the work desk was ideal but trying to work without getting mesmerised by the view was hard 😂 The team couldn’t have done more for me including getting an Indian SIM card. Thanks guys. I’ll be returning and I can’t wait.

Had a very nice and peaceful stay. The sunrise is beautiful and lots of natural light with three big windows. One can see very far mountains and the sunrise from balcony was worth the watch though you can see the sunrise from the bed as well. The kitchen had all the necessary stuff and a mini fridge as well. We had tea and coffee and the grocery was downstairs where you can get mostly everything.

Dika is extremely helpful person. He assisted me with everything. The place was also extremely nice and warm and close to the landing site. Worth every penny

It was a privilege to have stayed in this brand new accommodation in one of the most prime and popular locations in the area. The interiors and amenities were world-class and very artistically done by the host. We were in a quiet part of town, but in close proximity to Mcleodgunj as well as Dharamshala and walking distance from most of the local attractions. The condo is right above a very popular cafe always buzzing with interesting travellers. The balcony had stunning views of the snow-clad mountain range as well as the valley below. The service was very good and the host was helpful and approachable.

We stayed at Sandeep's place for 3 nights. Since the beginning, communication was clear and an exact location was given to us. The balcony view from this place for sunrises and sunsets is absolutely beautiful. The place is hardly 2kms from Mcleodganj. There are small tea shops that offer maggi, eggs and momos among other things on the main road which is a small walk from the bnb. There are places for breakfast and even ration shops in case you decide to cook as this bnb has rooms with kitchens as well. We faced a bit of issue in terms of utensils but that was it. Sandeep was kind enough to connect us to people who helped us with Triund Trek last minute. We were only able to get permission for the trek because of his help as we didn't know about the ever changing rules and regulations. Would definitely recommend this bnb. It's scenic and central to all the spots as well as economic.

I am usually not one to leave long reviews, but my experience at Sushmita’s home stay has been such that I just have to come right out and say that this is one of the best (if not the best) home stays that I have ever stayed at in this region. I have been visiting Dharmshala and McLeod Ganj every 6 months for the last 12-15 years and have always stayed at a home stay. The host Sushmita and her team have worked incredibly heard to make this a wonderful place to stay at and the effort REALLY SHOWS. The place is exquisite, it’s located in a serene and pristine landscape away from the crowds of the mainstream locations and as if this wasn’t enough, the food is delicious! I believe I have just found my go to home stay in Dharamshala. ♥️

Ash and KC were the best hosts you can ask for. They took care of everything; from the time I arrived and to the time I left. The place was just amazing; breathtaking views of the mountains from my room. The cottage style house was beautiful both inside and outside and they had the most friendliest 3 puppies. Ash and KC also accompanied me on a couple of treks and they organised transport for me to visit some of the nearby attractions. I would definitely recommend Ash and KC and their beautiful house for anyone who wants to visit Kullu/Manali/Naggar. Thank you Ash and KC. This was one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve experienced. The hosts were warm and welcoming. Their friendly and jolly nature made us feel at home. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Since we visited in November the room got really cold at night; so it would’ve been nice to have a heater. The views from the cliffs are stunning. You can see the town and also the mountains. I highly recommend this airbnb to anybody visiting Dharamshala :)

It was an amazing stay for us. We were given the choice to stay at the delux room or at the premium tents at the terrace and we chose the tents ⛺️… it was a very comfortable stay with a special mention of Pratapji ( sr person) who was the manager , cum an awesome cook 👍 and was always available for any support. He was well supported by Sandesh who again ensure service with a smile 😊 Sanjay , the owner was travelling on work but he was extremely hospitable and ensured all necessary arrangements were done well in advance including a beautiful bonfire 🔥 . If you are at Bir billing than one should definitely try their stay here to enjoy the bliss of river stream right in front and the property being located between 2 mountain valleys. The bir landing point is approx 5kms.
