We absolutely loved Katie’s Cottage! So comfortable, warm and cosy, and spotlessly clean …. couldn’t fault it! Saltaire is a beautiful place to visit, a mix of art galleries, industrial history, great restaurants and wine bars, and with the beautiful Yorkshire Moors literally on your doorstep. Walking distance to Shipley Glen tramway which leads you straight to the hills and beyond … book it and enjoy!

A perfect mini break aboard Rainbow’s End canal boat, we wish we could have stayed longer! So comfortable and cosy with no detail left forgotten. Gorgeous riverside walk and pub nearby, but if you don’t want to leave the boat there’s plenty to enjoy on board (including an impressive and extensive DVD collection!) We loved sitting under the canopy on the deck, watching the assortment of wildlife go by. Tom was an attentive host and kindly granted us an early check in, and provided a thorough introduction to the boats many mod cons and facilities. We will definitely be returning 🌈

We absolutely loved being back in Saltaire again. Steve’s place is exactly how it looks on the listing. If you are arriving by train then it’s just a few minutes walk away from the station. The cottage is really well equipped and a great place to stay at for a few days or longer. Lots to do in the village - Salts Mill is well worth a visit. Breakfast is lovely at the Village General Store on Daisy Place. Cultures does a delicious charcuterie and great wines. Our first ever booking on Airbnb - very happy with our stay. Can definitely recommend this fabulous cottage.
