Monthly Rentals in Big Sandy Pond

If I could, I would give more than five stars. The home was beautiful, the furniture was comfortable, stylish, and the dinning room table was a great place to play board games. The home is well maintained and it is very clean. I stayed at many vacation rental homes thoughout my time, and by far this was the best one. Everthing was stocked well, and every detail was put into consideration. The kitchen has all the necesities you need, as well as an air fryer for healthy cooking. If you are looking for a beautiful home to stay at, I highly reccomend this. Luba was a nice host and checked in on our stay, to see if we are enjoying the home. Overall a gorgeous home, will want to come back in the future.

Kathy is a great host. Her family property is really special and she was very accommodating answering all my questions before and during our stay. The pond is so quiet, peaceful, serene and beautiful and the home is situated in a quiet neighborhood which is wonderful to walk in. The Cotuit market is 1.5 miles away and there are great eats at Kettle Ho in Cotuit which allowed us to settle in with ease. Kathy graciously allowed our dog to accompany us and he loved spending time in the pond too and having easy outdoor access. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a lovely time, the cottage was so cozy and we felt right at home. The yard was so peaceful, if I’m ever in the area again I would stay here in a heartbeat

I stayed at 'The Hideaway', for the month of December and for the holidays! 🎄 🎁 The studio is just gorgeous. High wooden ceilings, with skylights to gaze at the moon and stars through. The walls painted a rich golden yellow, that made the whole space feel warm and cozy. It's THE perfect place for peace and privacy. Diane was great. She will give you your privacy but is right there if you need anything. She was great to chat with too. A genuinely kind and good person.
