Monthly Rentals in Big Pond

Perfect place in quiet neighborhood. Very well decorated and obviously cared for. Spoke with the hosts a few times and they were VERY responsive. Will certainly be trying to book this place again as it's in a perfect location for our needs in the area. Great kitchen and utensils for those who want to cook in.

Our stay was great overall! We really appreciated the extreme cleanliness (vacuumed furniture, spotless bathrooms, etc) and that they had a lot of unexpected amenities, like toiletries, water bottles in the fridge, and cooking essentials. We had a little trouble figuring out where to park based on the instructions provided and the outdoor motion lights were not on when we arrived, which made it a little harder since we arrived after sunset, but we figured it out. Unfortunately, when we got there the heat was not working, but the host responded quickly and had her husband come fix it while we were at dinner. The rest of the time we had no issues and enjoyed looking out at the water even though it was too cold and rainy to sit outside or use the paddleboards/kayaks. Annapolis was about a 25 minute drive, which was nice to just go for the day to shop and have lunch. Would love to stay here again in the summer!

Very peaceful place to stay with everything that we needed. Close to so many great restaurants and shops and only 30 minutes away from the airport! It’s a very nice stay for traveling or touring in the surrounding areas without having to stay in the busy cities. Host is great at communicating!

Jae is a wonderful host. I would stay longer simply because of the comfort with which they make one feel. It was just the right touch of home mixed in with a touch of privacy, needed for my stay and topped off with 5-star accommodations.and a simple ask, if you need something else. I would recommend this home away from home, if you’re needing a place in the area.
