Condo holiday rentals in Biesanz Beach

The apartment is as described in the photos. The view from the balcony is one of the nicest things. In addition to the beach a few steps away what it does can go at any time and to sleep with the sound of the sea is a plus. Maria is always very friendly and attentive. I would definitely come back.

This place is gorgeous. The space is very well distributed and efficient. Had all that was necessary for a great stay. On top of that it has a AAA ocean view. You’re right in front of the sea on a 5th floor! Juan is a great host, responsive and providing always assistance if needed. Would completely recommend this unit!

Eduardo’s condo was very clean and well appointed. The building is in very good shape, the swimming pools are huge and warm, and beach is right there. We appreciated the patio overlooking the water and spent a lot of time outside. All the instructions were clear and the wrist-band made it very convenient to get in and out. It was just what we were looking for on a long weekend at the beach!

We had an excellent stay, regarding the place it is private, quiet and super safe. the beach easy access. In the kitchen we had everything you need. Exc beds, there is enough space within the apartment, including a breakfast on the terrace with ocean views, 3 TVs, cable TV and very good quality internet. In the condominium there is private security, right at the exit of the condominium already on the beach itself there is an excellent food stand since if you have to drive or walk if you want to buy something. With the topics to improve only 1 aspect, when we made the reservation, we received a message with all the directions to enter the place (Super explicit the message). In the msj we are communicated that there is no drinking water in the place (rare for national) then we buy water and outside the condominium there is a tank with drinking water that you can take quietly (it is free) this is never communicated to us, we had to ask in the casetillas.

I recommend it. A wonderful view and fantastic beach for those who enjoy nature. The apartment invites you to relax and make you want to stay longer.

The ocean vista villa was amazing and if anything, even better than pictured. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, and was ideally located near the center of Manuel Antonio but still peaceful and private. Josh was an excellent and very welcoming host, and Geralyn the concierge was incredibly helpful too. They made us feel right at home with many thoughtful touches. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend!

David's place is a perfect location to walk to anything you need. It was amazing to sit on the balcony and see and hear all the wildlife. We will definitely stay here again.

Bertha is very kind, super quick to respond, she is attentive at all times to any queries. The apartment is very nice and super equipped with everything a family needs to enjoy a vacation or weekend at the beach. The sea view is spectacular, direct access to the beach, a very nice, clean pool complex and family atmosphere. My family and I travel from Esparza and take the opportunity to visit the Manuel Antonio Park which is 40 minutes from the apartment. We create cute memories with my family 💖 place and host 100% recommended

We found the place very clean and tidy, the beach is 200 meters away and is too nice. They have a very cozy family pool. The first day we had an inconvenience with the air conditioners but both Nicole and the administrators were concerned and attentive to fix the problem. The same was fixed and we were able to enjoy our stay without any problems. Yes, I recommend it and would be back with my family again.

Lester and his wife were great hosts. Always helpful, open and friendly. The most important thing for them was that we felt comfortable. They did it all. And the monkey visit on your own terrace was the highlight :)

We really like the place, with beautiful ocean views and easy access.

This is a lovely place. The outside kitchen is a fun place to hang out especially in the mornings. You are literally right in the rain forest! We saw lots of monkeys, birds and even toucans! The bed was a little firm but some people might like the firmness. We walked everywhere so the location was perfect. Lots of very good restaurants around the area especially if you walk closer to the beach. Itza was very helpful and we appreciated getting beach towels from her. She was always pleasant and willing to help. There are dogs in the area and they can be noisy. We used our white noise and that worked great. This place really felt like Costa Rica! Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time at Bejuco Beach. Everything was great. We can only highly recommend the flat. It was perfect.

Chamon is a beautiful Villa. Many nice people. Walkable to nice Restaraunts, or using the public transportation. The Jade tours company was more than willing to pick us up from the villa as well. The Villa its self was bright and airy, very good size 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The Villa was clean and well taken care of. Internet was really reliable. The pool and pool area was always clean and inviting. The grounds are kept meticulously. So very pretty. Also so much wild life in the area. Monkeys come to visit. Yellow throated toucans and Scarlett MaCaws. It was our first time in Costa Rica and it was amazing accommodations.

Really enjoy the apartment, Gerardo was always responsive and kind. The apartment was nice with a great view and amenities. Too many rules at the pool that resulted sometimes strange. But the place was really good. I’d definitely come back again.

The Shana is a great resort and Kent’s place was wonderful. Everything was so clean. The view is amazing from the balcony. We loved to sit and relax in the rocking chairs and watch the mischievous capuchin monkeys get into everything at the resort. So much space in this condo. It was perfect for our family of five. Will definitely come back.

Beautiful duplex apartment. Inside a very quiet villa with pool. Full-equipped. I recommend it!!

We had a wonderful stay at Carrie's place in Bejuco. Her and her husband were incredibly communicative leading up to and during our stay. We appreciated the scenic views from the condo and watching macaws fly by in the morning as we drank coffee from the balcony. Away from the more touristy parts of the coast, we enjoyed coming back to the serenity of the condo after a day of exploring the surrounding areas. Would recommend for anyone seeking solace or a home base from Manuel Antonio.

This place was beautiful. It is in a gated small community. It is up on the second floor and also has a roof top perfect for eating meals . Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. There is a washer and dryer as well. The place has a blow dryer so I didn’t have to bring my own. The beds were very comfortable. There is also beach equipment!!! He had big beach towels, chairs and beach umbrellas which made it even more enjoyable. Communication was great! Our flight was delayed 10 hours so we did not get there till 1 am and we were let in. He sends you a QR code that the security guards scan and then they walk you to the unit. Very close to the beach, restaurants with in walking distance with a corner store up the street. There is also a supermarket. The pool was amazing and the grounds are beautiful and full of flowers. This is the third time we have been in this gated community but the first time at his place . We 100% recommended this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
