Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Biel/Bienne

The apartment is a Bijoux and is very centrally located in the old town of Rheinfelden; we enjoyed our stay very much and can highly recommend the accommodation. Marcello welcomed us in a very friendly way and informed us in detail about everything; we immediately felt at home.

It was our first family trip to Switzerland and Sabrina’s place was in the perfect spot to see so many different sights. We had a very busy week and everything was within an easy drive. It is located in a quiet residential area with amazing views towards Jungfrau. The house itself is well laid out and has plenty of space. We found it very comfortable. It was a nice surprise to find all the main UK channels were available on the TV to watch in the evening. We have a lot more to see in Switzerland so we will definitely return to Sabrina’s place.

The in-law was for us (2 adults)., 3 children 5, 6 & 8 years old) ideal. Everything was as described, various toys for children available and also in the kitchen everything to get enough of a small family. Communication was always friendly and pleasant. Beatrice is an excellent host, friendly, attentive, helpful and yet discreet. She was always there when you had an issue or needed tips about the area. The highlight was certainly the great garden, both for the children and for the adults to end the evening. The funicular can be reached on foot within 15-20 minutes and a great starting point for various excursions in the wonderful surroundings. We'll be more than happy to come back! Thank you.😊

The stay was very relaxing. The house was very spacious with many rooms and the bathrooms were sparkling clean. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of things. The lake is a walk from the house. We were able to walk very well with the dogs, even without keeping them on a leash all the time.

Francoise’s place was perfect for us, two friends travelling. Plenty space which meant we both had our own bed- and bathroom and more than enough space in the kitchen and living room. Very clean and had all amenities we could ask for. Lovely big garden space to make use of, too. I have no hesitation recommending Francoise’s house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A very nice home with a very well equipped kitchen. Was very close to lake brienz and it was a nice and quiet place to stay. Kim was also very kind to offer us chocolates and free bus card. The only slight downside was that we went during an offpeak season (Oct) and buses in were in 1hr intervals, so we needed to be abit more tactical in our travel scheduling.

The apartment is close to the train station, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The apartment is within Hyve Basel SBB and is managed by them. As shown in the photo, the apartment doesn’t have a sofa or TV. The apartment is located on the first floor. Although it is a 24-hour self-check-in, the actual check-in time is 3 p.m. They offer check-in at 12 noon for CHF$10 per person.

Charming little studio apartment, easy check-in

They were really nice. The place is fabulous However if you are with luggage then you have to walk 500mts uphill. The view from apartment is amazing. Groceries are also not nearby and if you are visiting on bank holiday take everything from center.

Denise is a friendly lady ready to help depending on where such a problem, she helped me for example to find the apartment when I don't know the city. The only problem I had in my particular case is that being a little urgent, blocked in the city, I rented at the last moment, for the same day, and I had to wait 2-3 hours to be able to access the apartment, but it is not Denise's fault, she is not supposed to respond so quickly.

Spacious apartment with all necessities, conveniently located near public transportation and grocery store. My two weeks there were very enjoyable. A five-minute walk takes you to the bus, which brings you to the center of Bern in ten minutes. Or in the other direction, the bus takes you to Koeniz, where you can find numerous shops. Veronika was very helpful whenever I needed anything. I will definitely stay there again! Thank you.

Julian’s recommendations were awesome! The space is great with access to really fun tools like bikes. Very close to the river. We wish we had more time there and want to come back to swim!

We adored Matt's place in Interlaken! The building was so charming with many original decorative details. The kitchen was lovely and cozy. The bedrooms had multiple beds with clean and comfortable linens. We loved the old wood floors and windows and the views of the river and mountains from this upper apartment were stunning. There was ample closet space in each bedroom. This is a perfect apartment for a large group. Our family of five spread out comfortably. There is a very charming porch with a bookshelf and reading area with beautiful windows and views of the neighborhood. Matt's place is in a nice area of town, walking distance to many charming restaurants and shops. This area along the river is simply wonderful.

We had a very nice stay. Particularly liked the location, where you could ski to the terminal in good snow conditions and also had direct access to the house during the descent. For a family with two children, the apartment is perfectly and comfortably furnished. Gladly come back.

We were in the apartment with a family of friends. The apartment is well furnished, especially the kitchen has more than everything necessary. We highly recommend the apartment & the hosts!

Reto is always responsive and most helpful. We liked how spacious and clean the apartment was. 3 bedrooms were superb for our family vacation with the three kids. The neighborhood is very quiet, yet close to the Terminal. Other spots are easily reachable by bus, the bus stop us right on the front of the house. We can only recommend Reto's place!

Katharina’s place in Oberried was worth it! It’s only a short bus ride away from Interlaken Ost. The view from the house was incredible! Katharine is a great host! The privacy the place offers is second to none. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the wonderful memories!

Inge is a very warm, generous and caring host. The apartment is very nice, clean and quiet, the beds very comfortable and the terrace simply magical - especially now in summer. For us - we explored Basel by bike - it was perfect. I highly recommend staying with Inge and would come back myself.

Very clean, on foot in 20 minutes in the old town / to the train station. Bus connections available nearby. Enjoyable stay.

This apartment is absolutely fantastic in every way! We visited with our 5 year old and young baby and we all just had the best time ever. The location and view from the balcony is outstandingly beautiful, and there is loads to see and do in the local area. The apartment is perfect - comfortable, very clean and well equipped. Being able to use the spa facilities at the lovely Solbadhotel next door is a real advantage and our older daughter loved this. There is a great small supermarket nearby that has everything you need. The incredible hosts make this place even more special - all members of the Wicki family couldn’t do enough for us. They were all so friendly, kind, responsive and just lovely to deal with. We will 100% be back to visit again in future. Thank you so much!
