Monthly Rentals in Beverly

Karen and her husband met us on our arrival and showed us where to park and how to get in and then showed us around inside. They were very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay with Maria! The space was so cute and extra cozy, even though the week we visited was pretty chilly. Maria had extra blankets for us, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the bathroom was a nice size. Can’t recommend this spot enough; Maria and her husband were very attentive and helpful with local suggestions and very warm and friendly. We felt so welcome, and are so grateful we found such a nice place to stay!

The place is conveniently located for our visit with family. It is comfortable and clean. Maureen responds quickly to questions and is a gracious host. If you enjoy a quiet place for two I highly recommend Maureen's place on the North Shore.

Joi and Steve’s place was very clean, cozy, and well appointed. While this was only a weekend get away for me and my two friends, I can see how it would be a wonderful extended stay for a family. There is enough separation of space for everyone to have some privacy, but the rental also has a kitchen, a dining, and a living room large enough for families and friends to congregate. The apartment is immaculate with plenty of homey and thoughtful touches like an extensive and varied library, toiletries, scent free linens (essential for allergy sufferers like myself), laundry, an amazing cook’s kitchen…I could go on. The neighborhood is walkable and historic. We enjoyed a misty 1/2 hr round trip walk to the Hospital Point Lighthouse. All in all, it was one of the best stays my friends and I have had in our twenty six years of annual get-aways.
