Monthly Rentals in Berrien County

The Gingerbread House was exactly what we were searching for to get out of the city for a few days to celebrate the new year. The space was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had the best time cozying up by the fire and working on a puzzle as snow fell outside. You can hear Jennifer and her husband (and pups!) every so often above you, but it never bothered us or took away from our visit. They were very quiet. Also the bed is extremely comfortable and as light sleepers, we are happy to report that we slept amazing while staying here. We will definitely be back and are trying to convince multiple friends and family members to stay here.

Nechi was very accommodating to our last minute plans, we were trying to make it to a check point to beat the brunt of a snow storm coming through Michigan- and she made sure we had a place to stay! Generally our fishing trips are, get in late, leave early, and this reservation made that very easy. Nice, clean, simple, and convenient. Would highly recommend.

This home was such a cute and cozy place to stay. It was perfect for our needs and was close to everything we could have needed/wanted. Erik was very kind and provided a quick response everytime I reached out. Check in instructions were clear and concise making it a breeze. I'll definitely be staying here again.

The place is incredible! Very comfortable and homey. Most comfortable bed ever. Lots of space. They are great hosts, very responsive that are always looking to help and give recommendations!
