Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Berkshire

Beautiful house in a beautiful location. Great hosts who were extremely helpful and responding straight away when I had enquiry. Lots of restaurants around and loads of things to keep the whole family occupied. Will definitely be back in the summer.

We had a lovely time at the loft. The place exceeded expectations and has been designed, decorated and furnished to an extremely high standard. We had everything we needed and more. We have stayed in lots of places over the years and this by far was the best in terms of amenities and cleanliness of the property. We visited the thatch pub for dinner one evening which was a lovely experience. Staff were super friendly and food was amazing! I’d highly recommend a visit. Local shops/restaurants/pubs were a 5 minute drive away which was ideal. We would definitely recommend the loft to others and wouldn’t hesitate to return again in the future. Thank you for having us.

We had the most idyllic weekend away at Janet and Graham’s lodge. They were wonderful hosts, ensuring everything was perfect for our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was absolutely spotless. The welcome hamper was such a lovely treat and so delicious! The hot tub was brilliant, and the lodge was exactly as described—beautiful, peaceful, and well-equipped. We loved every moment of our stay and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

This cottage is beautiful. Fantastic location, lovely to be within walking distance of the town. The cottage itself is lovely, really cosy and beautifully decorated. Kate communicated really well. We will definitely return!

After an issue with our booking we were offered this as an alternative lake house for our stay. The location was excellent and Orion were great to deal with. The only disappointment was us not being to have the house that we had originally booked but the house we did have was comfortable, hot tub was great and there was plenty to do in the surrounding area.

We had a wonderful family stay at Matt’s house. The surroundings are beautiful, house was really clean and very comfortable. Kitchen really well equipped. Comfy beds. Lovely having the pool table, hot tub and games room as entertainment. Check in was super easy. The only challenge we found was not being able to let our dogs loose in the garden due to horses at the end so we needed to escort them for a wee each time, but not too much of an issue. Overall amazing stay and would go back.

We found the property easily and we were met by Allan the host. We were shown all the amenities and outlay of the property including Hot Tub , with precise and helpful instructions. The beds were extremely comfortable with spotless linen. The property was spotless clean and boasted every amenity you can imagine. It was the perfect property and location for our family Christmas. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay near Canary Wharf! The home itself is beautiful, spacious and clean. The hot tub and sauna are luxurious and a fun treat! Kitchen is fairly well stocked and easy to cook in. A/C worked great. Washer/dryer combo machine is nice to have as well. There is a small market across the street which makes getting groceries super easy. The bus stops right in front of the house for easy transport to Canary Wharf or anywhere in the city. Great transportation connections via DLR as well. Greenwich is an easy walk and a wonderful way to spend a day. All in all a fantastic place to stay! Thanks for making it a great place for our family!

We spent an enjoyable long weekend celebrating a special birthday. There was ample room for all 10 of us. The views were great from all balconies, the hot tub was used and we enjoyed a bit of star gazing at night! You will enjoy the peace and quiet.

House was lovely. We spent Christmas week with multi generational family and it was perfect. Plenty of room and very comfortable. House was exactly as expected with lots of great amenities and tidy. We were able to prepare a full Christmas meal with everything there!. Lots of beautiful villages to explore nearby. Jan and Jamie were responsive and friendly and stopped by to make sure we were comfortable and settled. Definitely recommend.

We had such a fabulous weekend at Otter's Holt celebrating my brother's 50th. The house is beautiful with wonderful views and extremely well appointed -we had everything we needed. Lorraine was very responsive when we had some problems that we needed help with. We all loved the outdoor pools at the spa and the kids enjoyed hiring canoes to paddle across Howell's Mere. We hope to visit again.

We booked a stay at Kate's house as we were visiting family in the area. The house and garden are beautiful. Exactly as listed, perfectly appointed, lots of space for our family (2 adults and 2 teens) and plenty to keep the children occupied. We had some specific requests and Kate couldn't have done more to accommodate us, with speedy and welcoming responses. We would definitely love to stay again.

The accommodation was perfect for our family of 9, plenty of space, it was well appointed and there was a good choice of cooking utensils, pots and pans etc. Although we didn’t use the outside space much due to the weather the hot tub was great. The hosts were very responsive and sorted out a couple of minor issues swiftly.

We had a lovely time with our extended family- it was lovely to be able to be together, but the house was spacious enough with a lovely design that allowed us to have some time apart if we needed it. A beautiful home and we would definitely consider returning should be occasion arise.

The place matched and exceeded the description and photos. It was exceptionally clean upon our arrival and well decorated. There was an abundance of cutlery, utensils, dinnerware, etc. Management company were extremely communicative before and through-out. Would 100% recommend this house for future traveler's.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely little cabin. Alexia was friendly and really helpful. the hot tub was so great and a delight to enjoy on our night away.

Had a lovely stay at the Rectory Farm Retreat. Lisa greeted us for check-in and helpfully explained the log burner for us. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and waking up to the quiet, private views. Would stay again. Thank you.

What a beautiful get away for resetting from the busy London living life. Staying on the farm was incredible, I had the best time, it was the perfect get away for the weekend. The hot tub made it 10x better with stargazing at the evening sky. Such a beautiful hidden gem!

A great secluded place to stay, especially for couples. Hot tub was great! Everything you need for a nice stay away. It’s also within walking distance of a couple of nice restaurants. The George inn is recommended, we also went to Ampthill and the Hide cafe was great for breakfast/lunch. Really chilled and cozy vibe all round, will definitely look to return in the future.

Our stay at Annie’s place was perfect. She greeted us on arrival and gave us a quick tour, and it was really nice to arrive to a bubbling hot tub and a bottle of fizz after a long trip. The property was very clean and comfortable and just what we needed whilst visiting family in the area. Annie was also really helpful when I had a bit of a mishap with the keys, being really quick to respond and work out how best to help us. We would happily stay here again next time we’re in the area.

What a fabulous hideaway - fantastic location on the river with brilliant amenities. Marc thought of everything a guest might need & spoiled us with flowers & an impressive hamper of goodies on arrival. We have lovely memories of this beautiful cabin & lots of fun photos. Great location for exploring Reading & surroundings but you actually also want to just stay at the cabin & switch off electronics, play pool & board games & swing on the hammock chairs…
