Cabin in the Woods

Self-contained oak cabin with double bed, shower and kitchenette. Tucked in amongst the trees on the edge of woodland at the back of our semi-rural property, the cabin has a private deck area with views across the neighbour's field where sheep and horses graze. You may also see deer and rabbits and be serenaded by tawny owls in the evening. Good WiFi. Walking distance of the South of England showground, Wakehurst Place, local pubs and close to Ardingly College. Breakfast included. Good for WFH

Lovely Victorian B&B (entire house)

Lovely Victorian B+B, all rooms en suite, free parking and WiFi. Several fabulous local pubs. Very close to Peppa Pig world so great for families. Fantastic transport links/local attractions - M27, M3, Dorset, New Forest National Park, Bournemouth beach 30 mins away. You will have the whole place- rooms/bathrooms, guest lounge and dining room. (owners have separate annex) Breakfast is included. NO KITCHEN for self catering available although fridge available and tea/coffee facilities in room.

Glamping in retro 1990s caravan, Hever

A refurbished 1990s Swift 360s caravan in an AONB 15 minutes off the M25. Beautiful local walks and cycle routes. A stone’s throw from Hever or Chiddingstone Castle, short drive to Chartwell or Penshurst. Book supper at The Wheatsheaf, Bough Beech, 3 min walk, or use the compact kitchen and settle in for a night of cards or puzzles under the stars. Teas, ground coffee and milk supplied. Order breakfast hampers, Cornish pasties, BBQ coals and pressed apple juice from our orchard.

Oak Lodge - Lakeside Retreat

Oak Lodge is our largest Lakeside Lodge perfect for families of 4, couples wanting that extra bit of space or mixed groups. The outside decking (child friendly!) is simply fantastic, floating high above our lakes with stunning views across the water and beyond... you won’t want to go inside! With open plan kitchen, diner & lounge and patio doors to the decking area, it’s a fantastic communal space. The fire pit / bar-b-que and lawn area is also just out the front ready to go!

Lovely small guesthouse in tranquil,private garden

This beautiful, character filled guest house with ensuite bathroom has been lovingly restored from its original use as a bothy in older times. It features a double sized bed with bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe for you to feel right at home. You have your own private entrance and private ensuite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. You will have use of the garden to roam and an optional continental breakfast . There is a private car park and lots of woodland walks

Thatched Grade ll property in Ashford Hill

A detached, Grade ll, 200 year old thatched cottage in the small village of Ashford Hill, close to Newbury. My husband Andy and I own this one bedroom cottage, which has been carefully furnished and has parking and a small dedicated outdoor space.. It is an ideal base to explore the local area. Guests can visit Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey), attend the races at Newbury Race Course or enjoy the walks in the surrounding area including Watership Down.
