The apartment is very comfortable, clean, convenient location. The host was very responsive, responded quickly to messages and helped. Recommended!

Pros: - Modern, stylish apartment in good condition - Microwave oven (the host brought it to me after my request) - Washing machine - AC - Balcony - Gas heating system (with radiators) - Location (a lot of supermarkets, restaurants and stores nearby) - Good, kind, friendly, polite, attentive host Cons: - Not so spacious inside (but enough) - It can be pretty cold inside in the winter sometimes - The first floor (but where the windows are, it's already on the second floor (the house is on a slope)) - A little number of pans - A little bit uncomfortable table (it's smaller than you think) - Location (it's the edge of the city; no subway station) - No free cleaning service included

It was a very nice and clean place, close to everything.( shopping mall supermarkets shops and metro station)Samvel was a polite and nice guy and responded very quickly thank you so much

Everything was perfect, it’s just that it was so cold in the apartment
