I had a wonderful stay. The cabin was cozy, charming and peaceful with all the amenities to be very comfortable. Phil is an excellent host, welcoming and attentive. Thank-you for the hospitality!

We loved staying at the little green cabin. The place is cozy and has basic house essentials; there was also an external plug for us to plug in our car's block heater for the -30 days. We were lucky enough to have clear skies and solar activity, and saw the auroras right above us! If you're going to come to see the northern lights, its worth it to stay out of town for the dark skies. James and Jen were friendly and responsive hosts, and we had a couple friendly neighbourhood dogs visit our porch!

The place is great for a quick escapade, great night sky, no noise, you can really enjoy outdoors and have a warm and cozy place to sleep.

This Airbnb was hands down the best we’ve ever stayed at! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. As we stayed over Christmas, Nadin and Gerard went above and beyond by setting up a Christmas tree for us to decorate, which added a magical touch to the already cozy cabin. We were also welcomed with delicious home-baked cookies—a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for our stay. The cabin itself is modern, impeccably clean, and sustainable, with every detail carefully thought out. It had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to little extras like shower gel and candles. On New Year’s Eve, Gerard kindly recommended a perfect spot to see the northern lights, and we were lucky enough to catch them—it was unforgettable! Thank you, Nadin and Gerard, for your incredible hospitality and for making our engagement even more special. We can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to return!
