Booked this place for our guests attending a seminar here in Baguio. Booking: quick and easy, host was responsive. Was able to book the day before our guests will arrive. Place was ready for early check-in even though our guests had a late check-in. Check-in/Check-out: keypad lock made this process very convenient. Our guests had a comfortable and relaxing stay despite their busy schedule. Will definitely book again.

This villa is definitely a rare find. Very cheap for its price and it has a lot of space. Perfect for a big group. The location is accessible to tourist spots as it is situated in between Marcos and Quirino road so you can take a lot of routes and beat the traffic. Almost all needs are provided cookwares, plates, utensils etc and the 2.5 T&B is definitely a plus. All main door and locks are digital so it is an easy checkin/checkout. My friends and family enjoyed our stay here will book this place again in the future. Host is very responsive and friendly.

Great Stay in a Cozy Home! We had an amazing experience staying at Herminios English Cottage, well-maintained, and just as described. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and kitchen, though they dont have a lot of cooking utensils. The place is also in a fantastic location. The host and the co-host was such a great host, offering quick communication and helpful tips for exploring the city. They even went the extra mile by giving us endoresement to Baguio Country Club. If you're looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay, I highly recommend this place. WIFI is good, linens are clean and there’s a lot of bathrooms which is good for big family members. ;)
