Super nice ng stay namin dito. Bonus point pa na malapit lang siya sa mga tourists spots like Botanical Garden, The Mansion, and Wright Park. Konting kembot lang din, mararating na ang Mines View. This Airbnb was amazing! It was super cozy and had everything we needed, including a water dispenser, which was a nice touch. The patio was a perfect spot to unwind, and the TV and speakers made the stay even better. The gas burner was great for cooking, and I appreciated the fire extinguisher and first aid kits for safety. I’ve never stayed at a 5-star Airbnb before, and this one truly lived up to the rating. The thoughtful welcome letter and snacks made us feel right at home. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great and affordable stay. Close to some tourist spots (walkable) to SM, Burnham Park and Session Road. The downside during our visit was the restroom which was a little dirty and the door which was broken so we were not able to lock it when used by someone. Other than that, all else went great.

Accessible sya sa mga tourist spots and super home away from home ung vibe nya. Ang ganda ng neighbourhood nila and secured sya with 24/7 guards. Sobrang responsive din ng host sa mga queries ko.. I really recommend the place and will sure to book it again pag balik namin baguio 😊

Very aesthetic interiors and spacious house. House is as described in the listing. Take note that this is Baguio and there is water shortage but place has water tank and reserved drums in case. Had some bumps only during checkin kasi the caretaker was not willing to make an effort meeting us (kasi we couldn't find the house) and no clear instructions talaga papasok na sa steep roads. We were hesitant to try out the road kasi we have a big van and mahirap magback and forth if mali yung street na napasukan namin. One other issue we had was during checkout when the caretaker asked us to leave 11 am when we specifically got a guaranteed checkout of 12nn from the owner. Should have communicated it prior. My friends were the only ones left in the house and they panicked when asked to leave in 20 mins and I was not there yet kasi I had to meet with a friend. Nahiya ako sa mga kasama ko coz they had to experience this trouble. Anyway, had a very cozy stay naman. Thanks for hosting my group!

Virgie is a Superhost. She was nice and accommodating. Our request to book her place on a weekend was a short-notice check-in before dawn, check-out before sunset, a 15-hour stay for a group of 7 including kids and a Maltese pet dog. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. The place was clean, homey, spacious, and indeed cozy. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We left our dog and vehicle when we went on a stroll because we're not used to driving on steep uphill roads of Baguio City. We were allowed to invite 3 visitors to join us for lunch, 2 hours before check-out. We are thankful for a good experience, and we're likely to book again in the future.

We had a great time at Billy’s place. He is very responsive and assisted us until we checked out. The place is huge and very clean when we arrived. Has an amazing view and the best part is they allow pets to stay. We will surely come back!

The place is at least a 15-20 minute walk from the plaza, Session Road, Burnham Park. It is close to the main road so public transpos are accessible. Though it might be a bit of labor to walk most specially if you're going to bring an elderly (since the place is at the 2nd floor of the house). Nevertheless, our overall experience for our stay was great. Would recommend this to my friends!

suoer great place to stay. everything you needed is being provided by the host, the beddings and kitchen utensils. he even provided things like soap, toothpase, toothbrush, shampoo (para kang nasa hotel) he even provided coffee and tea and some souvenirs. we really enjoy the stay. next time we'll really stay longer.

Ma'am Mia and her caretaker Ms. Janics are very responsive and friendly. All our queries were answered, as this is our first staycation trip reservation since the pandemic hit, we have lots of question regarding the triage. They were even very kind to allow us to check in early and check out late for free. We arrived at Baguio before 10 in the morning and they let us checked in 1 hour ealier. And we booked our trip back to Manila at 6pm and they let us stay at the place until 3pm. We were very grateful and we really appreciate their kindness. The place is also very peaceful. There were signage at the corridors that parties and loud music are not allowed, so it was very perfect for us, as we like to enjoy the places we visit quietly. This trip is to celebrate our son's birthday and our anniversary, so our special trip was really made special more because of ma'am Mia's place. This is highly recommendable.

My family had a great stay. The unit is at the 3rd floor but we didn't mind the stairs. Check in was easy, the security guard at the gate was courteous. The place is very private and quiet even if it's just a few minute walk from mines view park. The unit has all the declared amenities and is well kept in general, except some fixtures that need minor repairs/replacement. Place is also pet friendly. Carlo was also very responsive with our concerns, definitely a great host. We'd love to stay again for our future Baguio trips.

Accessible bc along the road sila, madami nadaan na taxi & jeep. It has a super nice view, we really enjoy the fog ❤ The host is very approachable & responsive also the guards is mababait. The room is nice, they provide towels & slippers too. Madami unan & comfy matulog.

Mark’s place was perfect for me. It’s location made it easy to walk everywhere in Baguio city in a short time. The unit is fully functional and since I like to cook the appliances toaster oven, microwave, rice cooker and stove made it easier to cook multiple dishes at once. Because Baguio has cool temperatures I slept with sluding door open no air conditioning ever needed. I always felt safe annd the nights were peaceful. Overall it was a great experience. If I could change one thing it would be to try and increase the unit’s water pressure. Thanks Mark!!
