Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Benaulim

Great place. It was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The caretaker, Kailash, was also very polite and helpful. The only downside is that it’s in a gated society and the neighbours complain about the smallest of noise. There was a complaint about people talking laughing in the swimming pool even though it was during daytime, not that loud and there was no music or anything of the sort. The place itself, however, is great and well worth it. Maybe if you’re going with a smaller group (we were 9 people), you won’t have issues with noise complaints either.

One of the highlights was the well decorated plants across the house and the items on the 2nd floor. It truly added a special touch to our stay. The location was fantastic, conveniently located near to the beach (as advertised). The neighborhood was safe and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The caretaker was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The housing complex has some very specific rules about the swimming pool which is a little bit of inconvenience, but nothing that can't be managed by paying close attention to the rules that are sent before hand. Overall a fantastic stay, we can't wait to book this again during our next vacation !

Loved the place. Such a beautiful home with lush green surroundings. It had all the right amenities that one could ask for. We had a early checkin at 5am and Esha was responsive and proactively arranged for it for us. The experience was seamless and the peace and tranquility of the place was mesmerising. It’s very close to the beach and the house gives a very authentic Goan feel. Esha also recommended great eating places to go to which were totally worth it. Will definitely visit again.

Great location for family or 2/3 couples- good size rooms each with en-suite. Pool is clean & complex is small, clean & safe. 2 mins walk into main shopping street with Restaurants. ATM outside gate & great restaurant opposite, although all we tried in town are fantastic. £1.50 tuktuk to beautiful beach or 20mins easy walk. Definitely recommend

We rented this beautiful villa in Goa Velha for a bachelorette party. The property was spacious and well-maintained. The highlight was the private pool, which became the centerpiece of our celebrations—it was clean, inviting, and surrounded by lush greenery that added a tropical vibe. We even used the pool until 4 am with no issues. The villa was fully equipped with everything we needed, from the kitchen to comfortable bedrooms. The outdoor seating area was ideal for relaxing evening. The host, Mayur was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. A special shoutout to the caretaker Manju for making several trips to accommodate our requests. The location was peaceful and private, something we were looking for. This villa truly made the bachelorette fun and unforgettable. Highly recommend it for anyone planning a group getaway in Goa!

Romi’s place is wonderful. With the perfect amount of amenities, this makes it easily one of the best AirBnbs I have been to. The bedrooms are spacious, all appliances are in perfect condition. The kitchen is cozy and the patio is perfect for sipping tea in the morning. The community has a public pool, which is pretty big and the water is clean. There’s a restaurant too, SoGo, the food is just delicious. Coming to the location, I felt it was perfect for me as we did not have a packed itinerary. The nearest beach is the Fatrade beach, which I loved because it was so calm and clean. Other beaches are at a distance of 10-20 mins. Overall, I had an amazing experience and Romi is a wonderful person and a very responsive host. Looking forward to visiting again. ❤️

I stayed here just for a night, definitely felt like home. Compact house but very clean! It has a great view of the backwaters, a spacious balcony with sitting setup. Overall it was very peaceful and comfortable. The host was very kind to allow my family for a quick freshen up in the morning before I checked out. I highly recommend this place for a group of 1 to 3 people!

Our stay at Oscar Ji’s place was fantastic! The room was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the pristine pool, which was clearly well-maintained and refreshing. Oscar Ji himself was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our visit. When we encountered a minor issue with the AC not cooling properly, he promptly arranged for a technician to come and resolve the problem. Within just two hours, the AC was back to working perfectly. Great stay at affordable price

Cheryl's house is conveniently located. Condominium with closed guarded territory. Spacious free parking, there are always free spaces. The apartment is spacious enough for two people, a large refrigerator, a washing machine, a microwave oven, a water filter, air conditioners in the living room and bedroom. There is a small balcony. The apartment is well equipped. Good high-speed Internet, and with rare power outages in the condominium, it continues to work from an autonomous source of electricity. Plus - not the sunny side, not hot and comfortable. The beach is a 5-7 minute walk. Overall, a good location and we are happy to recommend Cheryl's house for a comfortable stay in Colva
