We feel at home and we were nicely surprised with the careful decoration in every corner as well as how warmth is the environment, everything works well and it’s prepared to live at you do in your own place.

Tilly’s house was lovely, clean and comfortable. It is in a nice residential neighbourhood and an easy walk to all the amenities that we needed. There was an awesome taproom just around the corner with really friendly locals. Parking was easy.

Well equipped and beautifully presented cottage, superb location to explore Chichester but well positioned to avoid town centre traffic if you want to head out elsewhere. Really enjoyed our stay, excellent value.

Lots of free parking in the vicinity. Handy for a no frills stay.

Great house in a fantastic location just yards from the beach. Plenty of space for all the adults, two children and two dogs. Rosie thought of everything including a nice box of goodies like bread, pastries, biscuits and milk on arrival. House was well stocked with toys and games and everything you need for a seaside holiday. Friends are already taking about returning.

We had a wonderful weekend break. The accommodation was comfortable and well equipped. It was lovely to sit outside in our seating area in the sun. Our dog loved the meadow which was secure. The lodge is located off a quiet road and close to some lovely places to visit. We particularly enjoyed our visit to West Wittering beach, which was absolutely beautiful! We only wish we could have stayed longer.

No complaints from staff staying in location, was lovely when I popped in, only issue was a shower head missing but Joe rectified this quickly. The guide book on the house left was really useful, was a bit stuck with the boiler not being on long enough but book explained how to turn it on etc so was really useful. Location was good and space was very large, especially for Chichester. Would definitely recommend.

Lee's place was really nice. Exactly as described, the space is used really well and you're not on top of each other even with nearly a dozen people. The bed was very comfortable, the bathrooms a little simple but nothing wrong with them at all. The garden is nice and big and the games room is good albeit the pool table is on a slight slant (not that noticeable though). Didn't get to use the BBQ sadly as it was chilly outside but would be lovely in warmer weather, and the fireplace was really nice. Lee is very responsive with messages and was helpful to deal with. We would happily return here.

Fantastic modern lodge, very well equipped with everything you would likely need, spacious and beautifully decorated throughout. Peaceful site, dog friendly (dogs to be kept on leads which is a huge plus) and we would 100% recommend a stay here. We will be back!

The accommodation was very clean and cosy. Most importantly the bed were super comfy. Blake, was a fantastic host replying in matter of mins from messaging. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Just had a wonderful 2 night stay with our 3 young children. It was a cosy and homely base for our exploring, and we thought the added extras of tea/coffee/biscuits were lovely. We hope to return in future :) thank you!

Catharine's place is lovely. An incredible view, lovely social space, and everything you could need. Catharine was very responsive and we felt very looked after. We'll be back.

Lovely location and lovely lodge, the owner Ruth was super helpful and Leigh the maintenance guy was superb, on hand with any issues or questions about the area at the drop of a hat!

Wow what a gem. Such a lovely cosy home from home. We spent 5 nights at this beautiful place over Christmas visiting our daughter and her family. Wendy was so friendly and helpful and communicated well with all our questions. Bed was so comfortable and managed to get some much needed extra sleep. Kitchen well equipped, sofa and chairs super comfy. Loved the colour coordination and the extra touches. Nice Christmas chocolates and milk tea coffee sugar etc. Really nice walk on the Red Squirrel Trail straight from the doorstep. We will definitely return and highly highly recommend. Had a long weekend with the family and it was a great base. The apartment was clean, comfy and had a well equipped kitchen with a large fridge which was great as we had multiple family groups that all bought lots of food. The main house is fabulous to look at and we could appreciate it's beauty. The pool was beautiful too, warm and relaxing...although personally we would have rather paid more at booking and the access be bookable but included in the price but understand this wouldn't suit everybody. There was lots of outdoor seating, garden games, ping pong and a large chess game and small climbing frame which were welcomed touches. We were left to our own devices despite the building being connected to home owners which we appreciated. Our only criticism was there are signs put out to show private garden areas but with dogs and children this can be a bit harder to control so some clearer boundaries might be more helpful for future guests. Thank you for having us!

We had an amazing stay on the Isle of Wight – everything was just perfect. Lucy, our host, was so welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and incredibly well equipped – every little detail had been thought of, making it feel like a real home from home. The facilities were fantastic too – the heated pool, sauna, gym, and table tennis were a real highlight and made all the difference, especially for keeping the whole family entertained. The location couldn’t be better, with forests, town centres, and beautiful beaches all right on the doorstep. A brilliant stay all round – we’ll definitely be back!

Justine was a very responsive host and helped to sort a few small things very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed White Roses: Spacious, clean, lovely outside spaces, dog treats provided, quiet, kitchen very well equipped, very good location, lots of dog walks nearby. All in all we would definitely like to return at some stage. Thank you Justine for a lovely stay.

'...when can we come back' ...our daughters final comment as we locked the door after a wonderful few days in the sun A costal bolt hole with the character you wish for, understated, relaxed & considered. The small touches of crisps & biscuits on arrival, heating on and gentle music setting a calm atmosphere as you enter, make this a spot to return to another time. Located on a tidal creek, there is always something to see, an ever changing tide swamps the mud flats & lifts your spirits as it does the house , feet dangling into Solent seawater from the deck, an array of wildfowl to watch, its all good here. The highlight, if your a small person (our daughter is 6) is awakening to the sound of squelching feet trudging through the mud at low tide, up to the house for breakfast, 'swans daddy' their daily ritual of knowing where breakfast is best served, is a wonderful addition to the ambiance of this little spot on the sea. David was fast with his messaging & accommodating to our needs.

Really wonderful host, and a spotless cabin. It was a very peaceful and convenient stay. We were welcomed wonderfully and felt so comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Really lovely, clean, spacious and comfortable home. We loved the extras, like games and beach things, so no need to buy for holiday. Some things, like coffee maker and older video games not working, but no worries, there was a french press and plenty to do. Bit far for us to walk to the seafront with the kids. Unfortunately, they closed the road for maintenance work for most of our stay, but the crew was nice and we managed to get in/out, even if our sat nav didn't like the detours.

The apartment was quite and the check in was made easy with a video. The place was lovely with a terrace with table and chairs to sit in. It was about a 15 minute walk into town . But is a nice walk by the sea . I would recommended it. The owners wife was very helpful with taking my suitcase down the outside stairs

Greeted by a very friendly and welcoming Daniel who showed us how everything worked and was helpful with local pub recommendations - instantly felt at ease and welcome into this beaut of a cottage. Hot tub was fantastic and private garden was a haven of calm for the weekend. Cottage was cosy, practical and very modern space with everything you need. Would highly recommend and will deffo be back 100%

Just returned from Julia's lovely home in the New Forest. The house is ideally suited for touring the New Forest with walks straight from the door. Holly Lodge is comfortable, very warm, clean and well equipped . We were a party of 4 but plenty of space for 6 people with the 3 good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Garden is secure for dogs with trees a haven for wildlife. Would love to return. Thank you Julia for being a great host

We had a wonderful stay at James' place. It's such a peaceful haven, tucked away down a country track, with beautiful red squirrels everywhere. James couldn't have been a better host, he gave very clear directions and greeted us on arrival. The accommodation itself was absolutely spot on, small but perfectly formed. It was super well equipped, homely, and with so many thoughtful touches, like toiletries in the bathroom, a selection of teas, milk, and even some breakfast cereal. We had a great stay and I would highly recommend to others looking for somewhere for a peaceful break and a base from which to explore the beautiful island.
