We feel at home and we were nicely surprised with the careful decoration in every corner as well as how warmth is the environment, everything works well and it’s prepared to live at you do in your own place.

The house is so much bigger than it looks on the pictures. Every room is really large. And all in wonderful condition, it looked newly refurbished. Sparkling clean too. Quiet road and neighbours meant it was a very peaceful place to stay.

Lots of free parking in the vicinity. Handy for a no frills stay.

We had an old nerds gaming weekend and this was perfect. Lots of space, well equipped, great host. Would 100% recommend.

Well equipped, extremely comfortable with lots of room including two living rooms so people could do their own thing. Good position, corner shop nearby but walking distance to city centre and to also to major supermarkets. Car parking space for 3 cars was useful. Highly recommended.

We spent a few days leading up to the New Year cerebrating my husband’s illy birthday and used Chichester as a location all of the family could get to easily as the train station is a few minutes walk away. From the very start Amanda & Dominic were amazing hosts and gave us great instructions on how to get in to the property and answered all of my pre-visit questions very quickly. We loved our stay in their home that literally wrapped itself around us the moment we entered, we all said we felt so comfortable there and the log fire was just so inviting and cosy. Amanda & Dominic were such lovely people that we had the pleasure of meeting . We would definitely stay again and recommend their home without hesitation.

The mobile home had everything you needed for a short stay. It was very clean, the decor was nice and well-equipped. The location was well maintained but quiet, within reach of the beach and shops.

Just had a wonderful 2 night stay with our 3 young children. It was a cosy and homely base for our exploring, and we thought the added extras of tea/coffee/biscuits were lovely. We hope to return in future :) thank you!

Had a lovely stay with family. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the property and surrounds. The living area was inviting and convivial with a cosy log fire. The host was very friendly, helpful and responsive, going out of her way to accommodate and make our stay memorable. Definitely recommend.

Very clean cabin, some carpets etc looked brand new. Quite a roomy space, lovely decking and hot tub which we used even in awful weather. The view of the lake is lovely. Bathrooms lovely and modern, always hot water and both showers were power showers. TVs were smart TVs so we had Netflix etc available. Only downside I would say is that the hot tub is in view of the road so anyone passing by can see you. Host is very responsive and friendly!

Fantastic location for walking & exploring. The barn is beautifully presented and stylishly furnished. Very spacious. Loved seeing the Llamas on our morning walk with our dog - on our doorstep. The New Inn pub down the road - Victoria’s tip - awesome, friendly, great food at a sensible price - try the venison or brill filets! Our only regret was that we didn’t stay for longer. Wow what a gem. Such a lovely cosy home from home. We spent 5 nights at this beautiful place over Christmas visiting our daughter and her family. Wendy was so friendly and helpful and communicated well with all our questions. Bed was so comfortable and managed to get some much needed extra sleep. Kitchen well equipped, sofa and chairs super comfy. Loved the colour coordination and the extra touches. Nice Christmas chocolates and milk tea coffee sugar etc. Really nice walk on the Red Squirrel Trail straight from the doorstep. We will definitely return and highly highly recommend. The house was easy to find and provided a lovely social space for our family to get together. The property was clean and there was a lovely welcome hamper. The house is very well equipped and beds were comfortable. The pool and steam room were wonderful. The property is in a peaceful location but good walks from it and plenty to do in the local area. We really enjoyed our time in the property and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Beautiful chalet with beach on doorstep. Surrounded countryside and an animal sanctuary 15min walk away. Chalet is well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a few days stay. Yes it was cold and the weather was not great but that didn’t put a damper on our stay. Sally-Anne was a wonderful host, making allowances for us to stay on an extra night and even keeping in touch after a storm. Would be a lovely place to stay in the warmer summer months, definitely recommend and would love to come back in the future

Lovely homely cottage with some thoughtful touches such as hand-cream and pump soaps and the torches as it was dark at night. Dog friendly providing a space for them to sleep and a garden for them to play in. Very comfortable bed and sweet courtyard off the bedroom for eating breakfast in the sunshine. Excellent electronic guide and all information very useful. Comfortable and homely lounge, en-suite and another bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Great for two people and would highly recommend. Very close to beach and village all walkable. A great airbnb!

We had a lovely stay as I was working on the island. Beautiful house with outstanding views. The house is homely and we really relaxed. David responded to all of our very little queries. Thankyou

Really lovely, clean, spacious and comfortable home. We loved the extras, like games and beach things, so no need to buy for holiday. Some things, like coffee maker and older video games not working, but no worries, there was a french press and plenty to do. Bit far for us to walk to the seafront with the kids. Unfortunately, they closed the road for maintenance work for most of our stay, but the crew was nice and we managed to get in/out, even if our sat nav didn't like the detours.

The apartment was quite and the check in was made easy with a video. The place was lovely with a terrace with table and chairs to sit in. It was about a 15 minute walk into town . But is a nice walk by the sea . I would recommended it. The owners wife was very helpful with taking my suitcase down the outside stairs

As always, fantastic break with Gordon. His caravans are the only place we ever stay in southsea/Portsmouth area, you cant get a better host.

We brought our parents here for Christmas and had a wonderful time. such a peaceful place for a family Christmas and nice to be away from home for a few days. The information provided was thorough and detailed...we tried the pub twice (excellent food!) and loved the little village shops, countryside on the doorstep and of course enjoyed exploring locally. We hope to return again!

We had a lovely four nights at this very cosy cottage. Lovely and clean, plenty of towels and well equipped with everything we needed and great wifi. James sends detailed, accurate instructions as to how to find the cottage and he is always responsive when messaged. The TV works great with Netflix and YouTube thrown in which suited us fine for the late evening when we arrived back from our day to a warm cottage with the happy prospect of then lighting the large wood burner. We try to shop island businesses and we bought our wood and a few provisions from Binstead Stores. The people running it are so friendly and welcoming. The long driveway to the cottage is uneven but just take it easy and it’s fine to negotiate. The garden with surrounding woodland is beautiful and it makes you feel you have truly escaped. We saw several species of birds to admire, rabbits and we also saw the elusive red squirrel which made our day. We loved Kennels Cottage and James is a great host, thankyou.
