Absolutely loved the stay here. Will definitely stay here again when i next visit the Isle of Wight.

Great location for kids with use of play park, sports pitch, arcades etc. We really appreciated all the little extras provided in the caravan - tea, coffee, sugar, milk, washing up liquid, hand soap, toilet rolls and even chocolates! 😋 It’s worth noting there is no WiFi or 3G/4G in the caravan but there is a tv and various board games which the kids made the most of. And you cannot park adjacent to the caravan, but it’s only a very short walk. The bedrooms are VERY small - but I guess that’s expected! Overall a great stay. Caron was very responsive and helpful. We stayed at Jenny’s caravan for 4nights over the Easter break. Directions were clear and we found it easily. Jenny was a super helpful host, she responded to questions extremely quickly and had good knowledge about the local area. We didn’t end up using the pool or amenities on site so can’t comment. It was a great place as a base to explore the island. The cheaper rate of wightlink crossing was very helpful as well. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The accommodation was very clean and cosy. Most importantly the bed were super comfy. Blake, was a fantastic host replying in matter of mins from messaging. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Our stay here was perfect, we couldn’t have asked for a better house and host for celebrating a family members birthday with all the family.

We had a great stay at this caravan! It was spotless, really well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The space was cozy but smartly laid out, making it feel roomy and practical. The location was peaceful, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free. For the price, it was more than reasonable — definitely great value. Crystal, the host, was amazing — super friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect. Would absolutely book again!

Wow what a gem. Such a lovely cosy home from home. We spent 5 nights at this beautiful place over Christmas visiting our daughter and her family. Wendy was so friendly and helpful and communicated well with all our questions. Bed was so comfortable and managed to get some much needed extra sleep. Kitchen well equipped, sofa and chairs super comfy. Loved the colour coordination and the extra touches. Nice Christmas chocolates and milk tea coffee sugar etc. Really nice walk on the Red Squirrel Trail straight from the doorstep. We will definitely return and highly highly recommend. Had a long weekend with the family and it was a great base. The apartment was clean, comfy and had a well equipped kitchen with a large fridge which was great as we had multiple family groups that all bought lots of food. The main house is fabulous to look at and we could appreciate it's beauty. The pool was beautiful too, warm and relaxing...although personally we would have rather paid more at booking and the access be bookable but included in the price but understand this wouldn't suit everybody. There was lots of outdoor seating, garden games, ping pong and a large chess game and small climbing frame which were welcomed touches. We were left to our own devices despite the building being connected to home owners which we appreciated. Our only criticism was there are signs put out to show private garden areas but with dogs and children this can be a bit harder to control so some clearer boundaries might be more helpful for future guests. What a fantastic house,perfect for our family gathering for an 80th birthday. The games/cinema room was amazing,our 6yr old and 11yr old loved it and playing all the old xbox games. Great for keeping kids entertained. They now want to live here! The layout of the house was great for our needs with various seating areas and entertaining spaces. The pub opposite the house was nice and did a really good Sunday carvery. Would recommend to any other family groups looking for a get away. Thanks Paul!

If you are thinking about starting an Airbnb, Mary’s place is a great example of how to do things right. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and to be honest I wouldn’t change a thing. Mary was pro-active, friendly and helpful and gave me clear instructions as to how to access the place, where to park etc. I have already booked for later this year and will find myself in the same area next year; I will be back!

Sarah’s house is perfect for a stay at the Witterings. Located a few mins walk to the beach and close to other area such as Itchenor and Bosham. We stayed as a family with young kids and it had everything we needed, from the games room to the garden. It was a bit rainy when we stayed , but that didn’t stop us venturing out. I can imagine in the summer, the house would be even more perfect. Sarah was super helpful too. The house looks even nicer than the pictures.

Travelled to Island for my wife’s aunts 80th birthday and 60th wedding anniversary celebrations. House was just as described, clean, spacious, comfortable and ideally located for seafront and high street. Extremely well equipped kitchen plus welcoming items including sourdough , butter, preservatives , milk, orange juice and shortbread. Spacious lounge with planting of seating. My wife and daughter loved the soaps, shower gels and fresh smells in the bathrooms. I thoroughly recommend this property and would re book if returning to the Island Tips: Grab the double room on 3rd floor if you prefer medium to soft mattress and watching tv in bed! We felt the middle bedroom mattresses were a bit on the hard side for us personally but this would not stop me from rating this property 10/10.

We had a fantastic long weekend in Birdham. The Air B&B was fantastic and spotless throughout. The house was extremely well equipped and exceeded everyone’s expectations. The garden was a beautiful sun trap with great addition of BBQ and outdoor furniture! We would totally recommend staying at this property, so much so we look to return next year! My only criticism was the early check out at 10am, but the hosts were extremely flexible in allowing us to check in early. Thank you kindly!

Great house in a fantastic location just yards from the beach. Plenty of space for all the adults, two children and two dogs. Rosie thought of everything including a nice box of goodies like bread, pastries, biscuits and milk on arrival. House was well stocked with toys and games and everything you need for a seaside holiday. Friends are already taking about returning.

We had the loveliest of stays at Jonathan’s house. It was perfect for a special occasion and making special memories with family. The layout is a great set up for everyone to have their own space. It also felt very homey. The games room and play room are a lovely addition. There was something to keep all ages happy and entertained. We will definitely be returning!

We had a great stay at the cottage. It’s a terrific location if you’re on foot with shops and buses and the ferry just minutes away and it’s equipped with everything we needed. Susan was helpful with any questions we had. It’s a thumbs up from us 👍🏻

Had an incredible stay. The house is stunning with amazing views of the sea from the lovely living area and upstairs bedroom. Beth left us eggs, butter, bread and orange juice which was a lovely touch.

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

Amazing stay in Selsey! The beachside view was breathtaking, and the modern design made it so relaxing. As a group of couples, we settled in the moment we arrived. The peaceful surroundings and stylish, creative vibe made it feel just like home. The games on the shelves and well-equipped kitchen with quality cutlery were great essentials for our stay. Highly recommend to anyone!

We had a fantastic stay and the villa was very well presented with everything we needed. Carl has done an amazing job renovating and the bathrooms and kitchen were superb. The location was excellent and a short drive or walk into Ventnor with a village pond just opposite the villa which our children loved as there were ducks, fish, terrapins and herons. We had an EV and charging was very convenient in the main Ventnor car park.

This house is lovely and was perfect for a short stay for us 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and homely. An easy walk into the centre of town made for a very pleasant evening stroll along the canal.

We chose this particular AirBnB for it's proximity to a family member. We could not have been more pleased since it was only a short walk. Parking was limited but we managed to park quite close to the property. Access to the key was easy and the house itself was very clean and tidy throughout. All of the amenities were as described. The shower in the bathroom was easy to operate and the living rooms and beds were very comfortable. Our only problem was my ignorance of the operation of the heating system. I was unable to effectively turn it off and so the house was always warm, maybe too warm during the night. In summary, we really enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

The place was very cozy and homey and the hosts were amazing. Catered to every needs.

This is a really nice place to stay. Very quiet and the house is quirky and interesting. Lovely and clean too. Loved it!
