I had a great hosting experience at Villa Neves Residencial! Excellent location, fair price and extremely polite and supportive professionals. On the last day of the lodging, I couldn't take my bag with me, but they were very attentive and allowed me to leave her with them until my bus time. For sure, on my next trip to BH, I will stay there again!

The employees are extremely attentive and have shown total commitment to help me, even in an emergency situation in the morning. Otima location, the staff of the concierge always very attentive epronto to give suggestions. Great shower and comfortable bed. We miss a coffee maker, as we love to prepare our own coffee.

When I go to BH I do everything to stay in one of the lofts. This time I went with my mother who is in a wheelchair and she loved it! All extremely willing to help and the accessibility is great! Thanks to everyone who made our stay very special!

I really liked Ap, I felt very at home there, very comfortable the only bad point was the tv kkkkk n had no legal channel or something, on the church channel, almost leaving that I could find the globo la on tv dps to search for channels, a fire stick solved life a lot, other than that, it's a beautiful thing and it would come back very easy.

Had a great stay at the apartment, when I arrived it was very organized, Simone welcomed me and explained to me exactly how the building worked. The building has a very good gym and shared laundry facilities. Although the location is good, with easy access to public transportation, and being where I expected it, the surroundings are a little empty and can get a little weird at night.

Waléria gave me all the information very clearly and made available the full time for my stay. Very well organized, clean and beautiful space. It was very worthwhile and corresponds with the photos, I will definitely come back more often.

Excellent stay! The building is great, with 24-hour concierge, which provides security and peace of mind. The apartment corresponds to the pictures. Communication with Paulo was easy and quick, always willing to help. The apartment was also well equipped with basic kitchen items, which made my stay a lot easier. I recommend it!

Had a lovely time in Brazil at the Airbnb. Andrea was friendly and attentive, shared her Keurig when I mentioned my love for coffee and the one in the Airbnb was not working. Airbnb was beautifully decorated, private and the outdoor area was a nice addition. Was concerned if lack of AC would be an issue before arriving but stayed in mid-February (end of summer) and never had an issues with the temperature of the apartment. There was an issue with the wifi being down during our stay but Andrea was quick to communicate the progress on when it would be resolved. Overall, amazing stay and would definitely book again!

The apartment (hotel room) is good and corresponds to the one described in the listing, it only needs better maintenance ( especially in the bathroom). The location is excellent and the host was attentive. It was a nice stay!
