Beachfront holiday rental in Bells Beach

We stayed for one night and wished we can stay longer. The house is exactly as the picture, very nicely decorated and very clean. Michelle is a good host and helpful to address our questions. Lots of stuff to play for the family and kid; my nephew was ecstatic when he saw the sizeable trampoline. Beach is nearby; just five mins drive and also quick drive to supermarket and restaurant!

A charming, relaxing location close to shops, cafe and beach (walking distance). Space for two cars. Comfortably fit 5 adults and a child. Our host was accommodating and provided ample recommendations for local things to do. We hope to stay again in future.

I booked this place as a birthday weekend away for my wife and her two best friends. The way they described the place made me regret not going with them! Great location with an easy walk into town and a cute place with amazing art work…the perfect place for a girls weekend!

Penny's place was in a perfect location in Rosebud, with an easy 5 min walk to the beach. It was a special place with lots of character, and had everything you need for a beach weekend away. Beds were very comfy too!

Beautiful location with so much you can do. ample space lots of parking great if you want to bring your boat. House was amazing with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Dog friendly which makes going away easy. Sophie was amazing to deal with always responsive and checks in throughout your stay to make sure you’re ok. Highly recommend this location for your next getaway. Thanks for having us.

We had the perfect holiday, quiet, peaceful with beautiful surroundings. Close to the back beach and a short drive to the front beach. We couldnt have hope for a better place. Lucy was helpful and responded quickly when we needed confirmation of things. Many Thanks

A great stay very clean and lovely decor inside. Outdoor area is a stand out and so lovely on a Sunday night. this is a diamond in the rough and very pet friendly ! highly recommended.

This was our second year staying at this lovely beach house, and it was just as perfect as the first! The location is fantastic—everything you need is within walking distance, including the beach, restaurants, and shops. The hosts Mel and Chris are incredibly generous and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. The house is fully equipped with everything you could want (and more), plus some thoughtful welcome touches that made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to book again next year!

Magnificent place for your family to truly relax and entertain

We had a fantastic time here. Perfectly located near shops and beach and the pool was perfect for kids (and adults) it was always warm. The kids also loved the massive bath and comfortable beds. We will be back again.

We had three generations in Marnie’s house & it was great, plenty of room for all of us & the pool was definitely a winner. A very short walk to the beach, cafes & shops. Everyone was very impressed with everything. Marnie left us a welcome pack which was a lovely & thoughtful surprise. Thank you Marnie for making everything so easy 😊

A great beach getaway in the perfect secluded location. Close to Anglesea but not too close to deal with the busy crowds. Amazing beach location and house has every amenity you could need and wish for. The spa and log fireplace was a special!

We absolutely loved our stay! We were looking for a relaxing holiday where we could quickly unwind, and the house and surrounds did not disappoint. Having both the beach and pool was perfect for our family, and we especially enjoyed that we didn’t feel the need to leave the property to entertain ourselves. The house had plenty of space for everyone, so we could each enjoy some quiet time when needed. Overall, this has been one of our most enjoyable stays. Thank you!

What an amazing place! Our group had such a great time celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday. Jason’s house had something for absolutely everyone and it was perfect for a relaxed weekend celebration with our friends and their families. Kids and “big” kids had an absolute ball and the karaoke was the absolute highlight of the weekend. We’ll be back again for another stay for sure.

Great location, walking distance to the beach.

This cute little cottage is in an unbreatable location - walking distance to all Sorrento has to offer. Amanda provided some great recommendations for local restaurants which was very helpful. The house is well equipped and nicely furnished - we all had a wonderful getaway.

We had a very good time. The house is spacious and has clearly separated areas which meant that people could do different things without interfering with others. It is a very short walk from the beach and about 20 minutes walk from Rye.

Rowena's home was the best Airbnb we have stayed in. It had everything we needed and some. the kitchen was amazing. we love to cook. Not only utensils and appliances, Rowena also has a pantry with the basics for you. she is the hostess with the mostest!!!! if ever on the peninsula we will stay again. Best ever.

Our second stay at this property and it was great. Directly opposite beach for a quick swim, and next to Paddy's Path to walk over to wye river. House extremely well appointed: clean comfy beds, good bathrooms, fire etc. We like to cook up and kitchen and webber BBQ great. Like being home with generous provisions if you forget any basics. Host responsive and friendly. Recommend.

Great location, quiet but still close to beach, shopping etc. The house was comfortable , nice hot shower, everything we needed was there for us. Really nice and clean. Really enjoyed our stay. Thanks for having us Sandra.
