A beautifully renovated 50's beach house in a quiet setting within walking distance to the Swing Bridge and local shopping strip. A well appointed house with stunning views to Lorne pier and surrounding township. A second new living room has recently been added to provide additional relaxation areas. There are 3 bedrooms; one has a queen bed, the second a king single with trundle and the third a bunk (double with single bed). The bathroom has a shower over a bath with a separate toilet.
