Let’s me just say…. AMAZING!!!! This has been by far the best air bnb my family has ever been to! Family friendly! Spent the week and didn’t even need to leave!

We loved our stay in Joseph’s Council Bluffs house. It was spotless, warm and cozy. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we could need. Amenities throughout the home- games, books, toiletries and more. Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. Highly recommend this home!

Noel was wonderful!! Great communication and response time. We felt right at home. Very peaceful and quiet and comfortable. Noel thought of everything right down to board games for the kids.

We enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable, clean, well-appointed, and designed contemporary home. Maria was kind enough to let us check in early and was very responsive. The bedrooms were comfy, with plenty of hangers, and the kitchen and bathrooms were well-equipped, modern, practical, and clean. We appreciated the laundry facilities as well as the cozy entertainment room. The lit, decorated Christmas tree was a nice festive touch, as were the teas, coffee bar, and spice collection. We highly recommend this listing.

We had a 2 day stay and found this house to be very comfortable. It was clean and tidy upon our arrival, and was exactly as described, with beautiful woodwork and stained glass windows. It is well kept, with that charm of an older house, along with some nice updates added. It's located wiithin walking distance of the Old Market area which has restaurants and shops. Owner had quick responses and was able to allow for a slightly early check-in time to help fit our schedule, which was much appreciated.

Our party of three was more than comfortable in Brett's place. Plenty of room to relax and the beds we used were very comfortable. Brett's place was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in, which we really appreciated. It was also one of the most well stocked. If you forgot something, chances are Brett's place will have it. The house is a little east of a very cute commercial area with several restaurants and a coffee shop, which we walked to. Off street parking is available and a fully fenced yard for a pet.

The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed. Loved the little chocolates in the bedrooms and the complementary snacks in the kitchen! The pool was my favorite and was so much fun during our stay. Would definitely recommend to friends and would definitely stay here again!

Catherine was extremely responsive and helpful. Her home is beautiful and absolutely PERFECT for a family with little ones! We felt right at home and have already recommended to others. We had a wonderful experience!
