This was a great find for us. It was a grandson trip so he thought the place was really awesome. We did too. It’s smaller but had all we needed. Perfect. Lots of great discounts coupons to local establishments. Hostess was always handy to check on us. And quick to respond with any questions. Would definitely stay again. 100% satisfied.

The Sutton house was very lovely to stay at, especially throughout the holidays, the house is very large and clean and nearly everything as far as kitchen accessories are already there fully stocked for us to use. The hosts communicated well throughout our stay, It is an older home though with some chipping paint on some areas closer to floor level so if you have really little children or toddlers thats something to watch out for, but otherwise the home was very nice and pretty private overall. we stayed over christmas and new years which happened to also be during a winter storm and the hosts were very active with communicating and making sure we had everything we needed during the whole ordeal with that, overall the stay is worth the money, especially for longer stays overall the hosts were pretty accomadating and friendly.

We were extremely pleased with the house. The 2 boys had very nice rooms, they liked them! Our room was also very nice. It was a quiet neighborhood unlike many other places. Being a separate house there were no close neighbors to hear, especially in the late evening. It was a safe area to go for walks. We were very pleased with everything.

The sawmill cabin was absolutely beautiful! Such a peaceful and cozy place to spend thanksgiving! Everything you need is there, and lots of state parks and such around to explore! There is a creek across the street that runs down the road. It was a cold weekend for us but we still had a great time! There is no wifi, and no cell service here which is quite relaxing. You wont regret staying here!
