Lower Sunnyside Getaway is a fantastic location! Open and spacious with a wonderful patio area that we thoroughly enjoyed after a long day. Jamie is a tremendous host who is extremely communicative and thoughtful! The location is within walking distance of the TriStates Museum and the memorial for the Geographic Center of the US, which our kids loved! We definitely want to return to this gem!

I stayed at Ryan and Lucas place. Just as pictured and described. Every thing that I needed- washer and dryer made an un-expected longer stay so much easier. The best part was working with them to change my schedule- un expected illness. They were so kind and even checked in to see how I was feeling during my stay. These guys will be my go to. Thanks for letting me stay at your wonderful unit.

Nice cozy space. We loved that it was easy to walk everywhere downtown.

We stayed here during the girls state basketball tournament. The private, peaceful location was a nice break from the busyness of Spearfish. The house was immaculate. It felt like we were the first guests in a brand new, beautiful home. Melissa was accommodating and helpful when we requested to extend our stay an extra night. My family and I highly recommend staying here.
