Great condo. Prime location just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown yet still walkable. Cold AC, hot showers and great views. Couldn’t ask for much more. Kevin was an awesome host and great communicator. Will be back soon!! Thanks again, Kevin!!

This place is a gem. Great price, for just a few minute walk to the beach. Perfect little apartment, perfect for people who enjoy a space to workout and practice yoga. I would definitely book here again.

Then place is in a good location with a beautiful view of the ocean from the balconies. Spacious rooms.

The was super helpful, met us at the property to welcome us. They answered our questions very quickly, and gave many recommendations. The property is nicely located on the beach with access to next door Crocs. Totally secure building, with very friendly guards. Clean space, very large, great AC, fairly stocked, washer/dryer, nicely furnished. This one will definitely stay on my list for the next trip. Highly recommended.

My second stay. Great place and location.

Place is in the perfect location! Close tk everything. Perfectly central. The size of the place was perfect for our group. The pool was a bonus especially after getting out of the ocean with is a minute walk. It has everything you need and was cleaned on request daily. Ramon Angelica Rachel and Eliecer were super responsive and helped with transport, excursions and issues immediately and with great customer service. Location again is key. Amazing delicious restaurants, beach and nature all there. Awesome accommodations for a large group! Thanks for having us!

This place was everything a person could ask for, best location beach front, would highly recommend, you will not be disappointed. Great host, the property was everything you could ask for.

Beautiful home in a private and peaceful environment. the house is very well equipped and the terrace is beautiful. huge plus for the river just below, the place is just magical. we were even able to see monkeys. if you are visiting, do not hesitate to spend several because the environment is superb.

Great place to stay right on the sea. Quiet location a bit away from the hustle and bustle. Everything clean. Quiet and well-functioning air conditioning. Kitchen well equipped. (But no basics like oil or spices)

Their home was amazing. It was hard to find using google maps. Maps did not work in Costa Rica. Don’t go by the address that prints on the document for immigration. This place is located in the forest. Lizard and crabs are common everywhere. We had crabs in the bedroom. This is what you get being in the forest. Our sleep was disturbed by people at the beach at 6:30 am. Nice home just as described. Will rerun again.

I would highly recommend staying at David's place. David was great to work with leading up to our trip and his co-host Askel was AMAZING!!! Askel arranged our transportation from and to San Jose Airport for us, helped us book our excursions, and answered all of our touristy questions in a friendly and timely manner. Simple the best customer service ever! The location is perfect for a quiet and amazing vacation. The beach is 30 steps from the house with beautiful black sand, Jaco was only 10 minutes away if you want to experience all the fun things tourists do. The house is beautiful, beds are comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with all the things you need for cooking, the pool was warm and clean and refreshing to relax in on hot days. I give this place a 10/10 and will stay here again when I go back to Costa Rica.

Luis Alfredo and María are the best hosts we could have. Always attentive to resolve our questions and needs. The place is extremely clean and comfortable, many amenities available that made our stay even better. I thought the price was more than fair. We took surf lessons by walking 2 minutes from his house to the beach where lessons were available. I felt safe and the proximity to downtown Jaco was great. You are away from the main area by a 2 minute drive, which was perfect for us as it was a bit quieter. The apartment is stocked well, clean and the gate provided a sense of security.

Great place to stay! We had a view of Jaco Beach from our balcony. This place was modern, safe and walking distance to the beach. Parking was very safe and private. I highly recommend to anyone going to Costa Rica. Anytime we had questions they were very quick to respond.

I can't say enough good things about our experience at this Airbnb. We visited Jaco Beach for 4 days and it was absolutely perfect in every way. The hosts provided top-notch support throughout our stay, always responsive and proactive with any updates or notifications. The unit itself was immaculate and well-equipped, making it an ideal home away from home. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and productive stay, including a great setup for remote work, if necessary. The unit was immaculate and very clean, providing all the essentials and more. One of the standout features was the unobstructed view which was perfect and added a great place for relaxation. We felt completely safe and secure in the environment, which is crucial for such a stay. The location was another major plus. It was quiet, yet centrally located, making it easy to get around the Jaco Beach area, without a car. Jose’s Penthouse was perfect. This was our third trip to Jaco and we came with more people so needed a larger place and this definitely met our needs. We had 7 people and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together or even find some alone time if needed. The view was amazing and the pool was extraordinary; it was well maintained, nicely designed and there was always a lifeguard. Thank you so much…we will be back!

Catherine’s condo was perfect! It was so comfortable and relaxing, we had everything we needed and felt right at home. The facet in the kitchen was plugged and someone was there to fix it within a few hours. The building was quiet and the neighbours were friendly. Quick access to the beach and a peaceful pool when we didn’t feel like wrestling the waves. Walking distance to good restaurants and bars. We loved it and would love to come back some time!

Roberto was an awesome host. Very easy to talk to. House is vey well located, private.

The story is: We booked a house in Jacó from another host and it was very bad in everything, lousy. So already being in jaco disapcionados we canceled the other reservation and browsing a little in the app we saw the Chadwick announcement by the Penthouse in Jaco bay and responded super fast, in addition they already had everything clean ready to arrive and enjoy then we booked and we were able to book and enter in in less than half an hour. I think it's excellent that they already have clean accommodations and ready to host vacationers, even without having booked in advance. During our stay, Britanny was super attentive to our queries and doubts.

We had a wonderful stay at Carrie's place in Bejuco. Her and her husband were incredibly communicative leading up to and during our stay. We appreciated the scenic views from the condo and watching macaws fly by in the morning as we drank coffee from the balcony. Away from the more touristy parts of the coast, we enjoyed coming back to the serenity of the condo after a day of exploring the surrounding areas. Would recommend for anyone seeking solace or a home base from Manuel Antonio.

The place is beautiful, it has all the comforts to spend a good vacation. The oceanfront location is excellent. The apartment very comfortable as shown in the pictures. Clear instructions for entry to the place.
