Thank you again for such a lovely haven, whilst visiting my family. It’s such a great find. So comfortable, cosy and homely.

It was great to meet Ron at the check in and have a chat , got all the things you need cooking on job , air fryer, or microwave, comfy bed and close to Newbury lovely and peaceful

Great, welcoming host with proactive communication and we had a lovely nights stay. I would add however, if you are staying in winter there is no access to the pool and it was raining when we stayed so carrying luggage down to the cabin can be difficult and slippy and it is also very dark. There is a gravel pathway but its not very clear at night where to walk. So not ideal for anybody with difficulty carrying or walking. There are chickens and a rooster very close so you won't need your alarm clock The shower space is combined with the loo so you do have to remember that you don't get all the home comforts and space. It would be lovely to visit again when the bluebells are in bloom and the weather was more in our favour. Also we had a fantastic meal at the local pub. Highly recommended for a taste of the wilderness close to home.

Stayed for a month while on placement near by and it was perfect for what I was after. Would definitely need a car to get around but close enough to Newbury to not feel too isolated! Thank you Tracy for a lovely stay
