Claudia was very friendly and responsive. Our place was clean, nice decor, comfortable seating and bedding, easy and walkable distance to beach and local restaurants and shops, to name just a few. We enjoyed our mini “resort” like vacay!

The Alex Moore house is just lovely. We had an excellent visit in Swansboro and Mike’s home was a highlight! Our family of five stayed here while visiting for a wedding. We had so much room! The kitchen was amazing and our kids made use of the media room and pool. The home is exquisite… beautifully furnished, sparkling clean, and stocked like home. We especially loved the location. Just walk a few blocks and you’ll find restaurants on the water’s edge, boutique shops, and many historic homes that line the neighborhood. We so appreciated Mike’s attention to detail which made this stay just perfect. Thank you again for hosting us and for making our first trip to Swansboro one for the books!

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Gregory's place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Gregory was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the host via a phone call. The space was clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Gregory's property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!

This is definitely a place I would come back to! It was in a great location and had so many amenities. Stephanie was quick to respond and very helpful with details on the house and other activities. The pool was very nice, we enjoyed our mornings in the sun relaxing.

It felt like we were in the movies. Pristine neighborhood. The home was gorgeous with everything we could think of needing! The kitchen was fully stocked! Loved all the amenities of the clubhouse, gym, pickleball courts, walking paths, cruiser bikes, pool! The home was so clean and the sheets and beds were so soft and smelled so good! It was also so nice to have a washer and dryer so we returned home with suitcase full of clean clothes! The host gave an amazing list of things to do and places to eat that were all fabulous! We loved our stay so much!

My family stayed for a month at Steve’s place and I can’t say enough great things about it. It was honestly the perfect stay. Location was great, floor plan of the house worked perfectly with my family of 5, back yard was perfect for our 2 dogs, beds were comfortable, kitchen was perfect setting for cooking family dinners. I could go on and on. I highly recommend this place for any family get away. It also could be a great spot for a girls weekend away. The beach is close by in Emerald Isle along with being close to the beautiful waterfront town of Swansboro.

The Cottage at Week’s Farm is lovely and feels like home. This was our third visit and we so enjoy the property. Tonya is a wonderful host and the cottage is quaint and comfortable. The location is easy access to Emerald Isle and Beaufort. Groceries are close by.

Tim’s home was fabulous. The views of the ocean are incredible! It was so nice to listen to the sound of the waves and watch the seabirds fly by. We were there with my three adult children and their partners for a wedding. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The beds are super comfy and everyone had plenty of towels! We did not have any little ones with us, but if you do, this home has a great playroom and a crib in one of the bedrooms! Our master bedroom on the third floor was dreamy. We even had our own coffee pot! The kitchen has everything you could want. What a treat to have such a well stocked kitchen! After a fun beach walk, we cooked a delicious dinner and then played games. This home is so cozy, I really feel like the ambience helped to make our time together extra special. Tim is a super host! Communication was immediate and he was extremely accommodating with check in and check out times. He also gave some great recommendations for a lunch spot. Thank you very much!

We had a great stay at the Kite House! Six moms and six third grade girls had plenty of room to spread out, chat, and play. The walk into town was about 15-20 minutes and we did it a couple of times. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location in a cute community. Easy walk right out to the beach, got to see gorgeous sunsets daily from one of many decks, and ample space on the interior to not feel like we were on top of each other. Justin is also one of the most responsive hosts, which we were so appreciative of.

We loved staying with Wendy for a friends trip to the coast. The place had lots of comfortable outdoor seating and was exactly as described in a very convenient location.

This was a very lovely place to stay! The beds were SO comfortable! It was clean and well taken care of! Kelly was great to work with. She even sent me some info on something I loved in the house.

Our group had such a wonderful time at Edgewater! The house was very clean and well organized. The cabinets and shelves were labeled for ease. All areas of the home were well stocked and very comfortable. We loved our visit and would definitely book this home again.

Amazing home in a beautiful community. Short distance from the Beaufort Water Front. Be sure to rent the golf cart. It makes getting around the island easy and enjoyable. Don’t forget to watch for the horses in the evenings.

We loved staying at Emily’s place! Our whole extended family was comfortable & we especially loved the kid room. The location can’t be beat!

This place was amazing! So cozy and comfortable with everything we could have possibly needed. My son and husband loved fishing off the deck right out back. The fore pit right on the water was awesome.

My family joins our Marine in Atlantic Beach every other year the week of Thanksgiving. It’s a week of cooking, games, puzzles, football, laughing, singing, corn hole, and meeting new Marines that need a table to sit at on Thanksgiving. This year was our best year yet. Isaac’s house was perfect for our week. The long table was a constant gathering spot for everyone. The sectional in front of the TV was extremely comfortable. Everyone slept good and requested to return to this house. Great place! Thank you for an awesome visit.

We are very glad to have stayed at Donna and Barry's place while visiting Swansboro. Their cottage was very clean and has a great layout and design. It is cute and cozy, equipped for cooking, furnished for comfort, and in an expansive setting for relaxing. The front porch and big open lawn surrounded by tall pine trees was a pleasure to breath in every morning. Our hosts are friendly and generous, and Andy the dog is a joy. We had a fun time exploring the area and fishing the water channels, including Bogue Banks and the Neuse River, and even New Bern.

The home was comfortable and inviting with a great view of the Sound and only a block from the beach. It was exactly what we needed for a short getaway and some R&R.
