Beautiful home that had absolutely everything we needed during our stay! When we are back in this area we will certainly be staying here again!

What a treat to stay in this beautiful, spacious, well-appointed and pristine home. The home is in a beautiful new planned neighborhood, very quiet and safe. The community pool was a big plus as well. Minutes to everywhere in Beaufort, Morehead City and Atlantic beach. Thank you Sarah! We were able to book at absolutely the last minute after the property manager elsewhere double booked our original reservation. I'm so glad it happened, because Sarah's home surpassed the previous booking and was less expensive.

Amazing home in a beautiful community. Short distance from the Beaufort Water Front. Be sure to rent the golf cart. It makes getting around the island easy and enjoyable. Don’t forget to watch for the horses in the evenings.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Gregory's place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Gregory was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the host via a phone call. The space was clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Gregory's property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!

We had a hard stay in Havelock with everything that could go wrong happening. Yve and her team were fantastic and went above and beyond to help us during our stay giving us a safe haven amongst the chaos. The home is well equipped for cooking, laundry, and relaxing with a large fenced yard that is well manicured. The vibe set off by the dedication to detail was warm and inviting. Walmart delivery is available, but is about a mile from Food Lion. There is a small playground and large dog park within walking distance in a quiet neighborhood. Excited to stay again and thankful for their hospitality.

We stayed at Matthew’s place for our annual girls’ weekend and had a relaxing time. The home was beautifully decorated, with cozy beds and a spacious wraparound couch perfect for hangingout. We loved the thoughtful touches, including a great selection of games, puzzles, and books. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having plenty of coffee provided was a nice touch. Although the weather was chilly during our stay, the outdoor area was a highlight, with both a gas fireplace and a traditional firepit. The house is nestled in a quiet, walkable neighborhood with convenient private beach access parking nearby. Plus, the charming town of Beaufort was just a short drive away.

The home was immaculate, and Rose really went out of her way to welcome us. She had snacks, drinks and a bottle of wine waiting for us. I would highly recommend this home, it’s a home away from home.

Beautiful condo unit as compared to others we have stayed at in the same building. Beautiful setting on the sound with view of the ocean which is very close. Pool is beautiful as well. Baths for each bedroom which is great. Beds were great!!

Wonderful location with a perfect view of the dunes and ocean. The 2nd story balcony alone made this an ideal place to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. The building's backyard landscaping is very pretty. There's a long boardwalk that leads to the beach right beside the condo building. It's a very deep beach so plan on a bit of a hike over the beautiful sand to the water. The unit itself was very nice. The bed in the master was comfortable and we had all the needed necessities for a long weekend. Note - the beds in the 2nd bedroom were pretty small but were comfortable. We were please to see there were plenty of beach chairs and a Shibumi Shade 'tent' (nice extra touch) available. We were a little confused on the best place to park upon arrival so here's a hint for you - when you turn onto Commerce Way, drive straight to the back of the condo complex until you see the boardwalk. There's parking on the left. The steps to go to the unit are facing the boardwalk. Great place!

Our time at Brian's place could not have been a better fit for our needs - we stayed at his cute and cozy townhouse while I was working through the task of relocating to the Havelock area. The location was close to the school my daughters are enrolled, and with the additional time it ended up taking to find a place that worked for our living situation, I was able to easily extended our stay twice - which was both a relief and such a quick process to complete these adjustments I needed to make for our stay! Not only was Brian was always very quick to respond and polite during our communication, but the home was comfortable and made life so much easier during a rather unpredictable stretch of time. My daughters and I greatly enjoyed our time during our stay, we felt as comfortable as possible as we embarked on this new chapter in a new state!

John's home was the perfect place for my son and I to visit family in North Carolina. The home was clean and communication was great! I would happily stay again.
