Dean was so friendly and helpful with everything, we loved our stay and were very comfortable. The views are amazing!

Lovely views day or night and very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for a getaway and plenty of space! The miles of nearby walking/running trails are a huge bonus.

Wonderful cozy, peaceful, and beautiful place! We felt right at home. Everything is as described and the nice touches of fruit and breakfast foods including delicious plum jam and plum, ginger jam were so welcoming. The bed made into a king was comfortable enough but is also a fold out style so not comfortable in the way of a regular bed. We were tickled by the connection to Jenny O’Dells amazing book, How To Do Nothing (which is on the shelf in the Shack and she wrote part of the book there) because we absolutely love that book. We will definitely return!

Beautiful, clean and peaceful retreat in the woods. The house was perfect & had all the amenities we could want. It’s definitely out of the way, so make sure that is what you are looking for. We were there in February and many of the nearby stores and restaurants were closed during our stay.
