So quiet and so central, a perfect place to discover Auckland! Perfectly equipped and very secure. Lot of fans provided to keep you cool in summer. Pam was easy to contact and has been very accommodating.

We had a great stay. The apartment was really nice, super clean, the beds were really comfortable, and bathroom was spotless. Jayne had the best stocked kitchen of any Airbnb I have ever stayed.

This property was all the "C"s - clean, conveniently located, comfortable and cosy. It was situated in a safe gated compound with well maintained pool, gym and tennis court at the foot of Mount Wellington a great local beauty spot from the top of which are sweeping views of all of Auckland. It is a short bus ride/reasonable walk from the excellent Sylvia Park shopping mall and the railway/bus station almost opposite provides quick uncomplicated access to the city's transport network - 15 mins from the CBD.

Astrid was an extraordinary host. Her beautiful townhome with amazing Auckland views was perfect for our family break. Walkable to St. Heliers shops and beach, on the hill with amazing light and sunsets. We loved our stay and Astrid could not have been more friendly or helpful.

Lisa’s home is amazing! So well appointed, room for a large family group and the pool and spa were very welcome additions. Lisa was an amazing host, friendly and responsive. We were greeted with a box of chocolates which was just one of the small touches that made the stay such a great one. Highly recommend this as a place to stay in the greater Auckland area. We stayed here for a few nights while in Auckland for a wedding and had a great experience. The townhouse is in a quiet spot just off Parnell’s high street, close to shops, cafés, and restaurants. Access is via a steep, narrow driveway. We parked on the street and found the path could be slippery. The townhouse spans multiple levels: the garage is on the lower ground, the main level has a courtyard, kitchen, living area, and powder room, while the bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, with an attic office accessible via a ladder. The home is bright and airy, though the upstairs bedrooms can get warm. There’s air conditioning in the living area and pedestal fans in the bedrooms. Well-appointed and comfortable, the house has great storage, nice amenities, and thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, wine, and chocolates. Petrena was a fantastic host and easy to communicate with. Despite the steep access, we had a lovely stay and highly recommend it!

Great stay at Winnie’s place in remuera - plenty of space for the 6 of us (4 adults and 2 kids). Nice and quiet area but handy to Auckland activities. Winnie was a proactive and responsive host. Highly recommended!

This is my family 2nd visit in this lovely house & the location is perfect for close by families. The 1st visit was last year 2023 & due to my medical condition, I was not able to come on that trip, but my family mention that it was a house that we can call home. It was my 1st visit and now I see why they say this is home. Thanks to the host for making it possible for my family to check in early. Hope all is well with the host & in the future if possible & be able to return would be great.

We were in a rut due to other housing falling through while getting our house fumigated and Christine literally offered everything in the space of half an hour and the bonus was it was a street over from our own home. We stayed at Lyndal’s home to attend a Coldplay concert at Eden Stadium. The home is only a 5 minute walk away which made it perfectly located. The Kingsland area has many, many restaurants and with the train station only 500 metres away everything in Auckland is well within reach. We loved everything about our stay here.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Gorgeous and clean place. The area was bustling in the day but quiet at night and felt safe. I really commend Carol for stocking the place with literally every amenity you could think of, which made my stay 10x better. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was right next to the Park which was great for a quick and lovely walk to CBD. The windows were all facing the park so the views were very nice to wake up to! The apartment had all amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen utensils, etc.) which was very convenient. The hosts also left us some local fudge as a welcome which was very thoughtful. The apartment is also very close to a large mart which was very convenient for getting some basic groceries. Everything was also very clean! We had a lovely stay :)

Linley's apartment was perfect! A beautifully setup place to relax in which had everything you needed, even down to a portacot for our little one. There a as also a swimming pool, spa and a carpark available. A quick walk to lovely cafes, and the Viaduct and downtown CBD. Just a perfect location! Linley was extremely helpful prior to our arrival and we would most definitely recommend a stay at this awesome air bnb. Thanks so much for everything Linley, and also to Karin! 🙂

We had a great 3-day stay at Nick's place and would be happy to stay here again. The private balcony is clearly the star of the show with its garden, grill, jacuzzi ("spa pool" in Kiwi-speak), and Sky Tower view. The condo is in a great location (I recommend the Grey Lynn butcher shop to make best use of Nick's grill) while still being quiet & private. And Nick himself is easily among the best Airbnb hosts I've interacted with –– he went above & beyond to make sure that check in & check out were at times that made sense for us, he's got a great sense of humor ("humour" in Kiwi-speak), and generally speaking he seemed to genuinely care that we had a fun experience.

We stayed for just one night, and it was a comfortable and easy experience. Very kind to also offer bread and juice for breakfast too

Located in a great place nearby Ponsonby that has a lot of restaurants, shops, cafe, etc. this Airbnb also provides a parking space which was very useful considering street parking can be hard to find and most places you need to pay to park.
