A quiet Pvt villa 20 meters from beach- intro $$

A quiet, very private 4 bedroomed villa only 25 meters from the beach with large gardens on either side. 2 large bed rooms and 2 small rooms all with attached bathrooms & hot water. We have a relaxing verandah with day beds and comfy seating spaces overlooking the villas private pool. This is where you would probably spend most of your day. 150 meters from the Wadduwa train station and about half a KM from Wadduwa town. This is villa is one of our family holiday homes.

The service at Villa Sanara is exceptional, and we can not speak highly enough of it. From Sam's super responsive correspondence in the lead up to the trip, collecting us at the airport at 4am, to Sandun's personal tour services and taking us in to Colombo to replace broken luggage. We were so impressed that we asked for assistance with arranging the rest of our Sri Lankan trip and a personal driver, which Sandun willing provided. The food prepared by the chef was delicious, and all our requests (mangos, guava, papaya, as well as Sri Lankan food suitable for kids!) were met. The kids loved the pool and the sunsets over the ocean were great.

Where to start, what a great host, cozy place, felt serenity and place like more than home. Since i booked n approached her, she was very responsive , allowed early check in. She has decorated each n every item in the apartment with special attention and theme. Right from main door till all rooms, beach theme pillows, wall decoration, special souvenirs from across the world, beach theme kitchen cabinets. The place is just few meters from beach, great views of the sun set and beach around and roof top pool of course is a main attraction.. I am thankful to her for being such a great host I would not even think to go anywhere else next time i am in Colombo .

Beautiful sea view was the highlight. The apartment was very clean and in a great location. Living area is very spacious and pretty. It was easy to get tuk tuks from this apartment and order food for delivery. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool - and the lovely views from there as well.

Absolutely LOVED our stay here! The apartment was tastefully decorated and well maintained. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and friendly, always going the extra mile to meet our expectations. This gem is located in the bustling city of Colombo but nestled at the end of a Cul-de-sac and enshrouded in a jungle forest making it seem like you're hidden well away from the noise. The hosts were both friendly and helpful in giving info and travel tips and although they reside on the property, the sense of privacy was such that we felt we had the entire place to ourselves. While the price was a little higher than some places, this was one of the best locations we've stayed at, so much so, that we booked two more days at the end of our travels. I would highly recommend this location and will stay here again when we return to Sri Lanka.

Caretakers Farida and Sumathi were fantastic and thoroughly professional. Breakfast was as good as Upalis in Colombo. They maintain the place to a very high standard. I have no complaints about the property itself. The only minor complaint I have is the road leading up to the property is subpar.

Roshan's place was extremely comfortable for us. We felt right at home and had all we needed for a great stay. Roshan's place was very easy for transport in and around Colombo. The pool was certainly a great bonus as our kids loved it! Also, our thanks to Roshan for his hospitality...we both have sciatica and back pain, which got unfortunately exacerbated on the mattresses that were there. When we spoke to Roshan about this, he immediately arranged for softer mattresses and we happily extended our stay there for longer. His place is also very safe and secure.
