Beachfront holiday rental in Batemans Bay

We absolutely loved our stay here in Rosedale! The place very large, very clean and the view was like a postcard! Never got old! The house was very well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for all of us, and the outdoor shower was so nice. So much exploring right from the house, with the bush walking trails and the all the beaches to enjoy. The shells were the most beautiful we have ever seen. Robert was a fantastic host and gave us plenty of local ideas to check out. Our family enjoyed the Mogo wildlife park a lot! Hope to make it back here again one day.

Great getaway with enclosed area for a little one and dog. Central and quiet

We absolutely loved our stay here. The yard area was perfect for our dog, with secure fencing and plenty of space. The studio was set up with everything we needed for a long weekend. Location was perfect - walking distance to the beach and to the inlet and only a 10 minute drive to Mollymook, Ulladulla and Milton. Hosts are super friendly and helpful. Excellent spot for a little getaway, we’ll be back!

We felt so relaxed and happy the moment we stepped through the door. The view is absolutely stunning, the house is cozy and homely. The vibe is amazing. The most perfect place to go to relax. The locals are friendly. We got to feed stingrays down at the water. It’s was just great. Everything about our stay was perfect. Kaylyn was so patient and kind towards us. Always there to help and did everything to make our stay with my disabled son perfect and easy. I give this place a 10/10. I’ve been all over the world and never have I stayed somewhere as breathtaking as this place. It was honestly hard to leave. I felt sad leaving. We just felt so good being there. We only stayed 3 nights. I wish we made it longer. This will definitely be our to go to place from here on in.

Great beach side accommodations! Very clean and set up for families and pets! Right across the street from the beautiful Broulee beach. Two minute walk to the local cafe, pub and surf shop. Excellent beach vacation!

We had a lovely stay at Rebecca’s place with my family. The house is beautiful with lovely styling and everything you would need for a comfortable stay including a high chair for kids and even some books and toys. The pool was a hit with the kids, as was the wood-fired pizza oven. There is a great bike path out the front, which was perfect for getting out on the scooters with the kids. There is also a great playground and kids’ skate park closer into town. The beach is beautiful and is perfect for a morning stroll; however, it is a bit rough for kids, so we went to Callala Bay, which is about 15 minutes away by car, which is a wonderful toddler beach. Rebecca is great with communication. We had an issue where the gas ran out and they had it fixed within a couple of hours. Rebecca even dropped off some Easter treats to thank us for the trouble!

The pool and the proximity to the beach were excellent. The house was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Melissa place was perfect for us. We went for our mini-moon and it was walking distance to Bannisters, so close to the beach and the most beautiful calming view. We will be back! Xx

We had a great stay at Mark and Sandra’s place. The house is very nice and spacious. The description, photos and amenities in the listing are accurate. The kitchen was amazing, there were plenty of pots and pans and kitchen stuff so we had no issues when we prepared our meals. Their place has a very homey ambience. Mark has been very responsive to queries and concerns. We had an issue with the screen door during check in but Mark was able to sort it out asap. We had a very nice stay at their place. We highly recommend their place. Thank you Mark and Sandra for being great hosts!

We loved our stay at Bella Blu! We went to celebrate 20 years of our friendship group and loved every minute - our only regret is that we didn’t book it for longer! Everything you need is there, and coles is just a 2 minute drive up the road. Lots of great local cafes and licensed premises for every meal, but if you choose to stay in, it’s all there for you. None of us had been to this part of Australia before, despite living just a few hours away. We will be back!

Ashleigh, thank you for being such an incredible host and for having us at your beautiful bungalow. It was the perfect location for a week by the beach, with the walking trail just next to the house and plenty of shops and amenities nearby in Vincentia and Huskisson. the house was beautiful, serene, well equipped and Ashleigh was so super responsive - responding within the hour with any queries I had. We loved staying here and hope to be back next time we're in Jervis Bay!

Everything about our stay was amazing! The unit was perfect and Simone had decked it out with everything we could hope for to make our stay comfortable and easy. The unit backs onto bushland which was full of beautiful bird calls, and it made the space so much more private and lovely. It was the perfect spot for my morning coffee! The beach is directly across the road and a short walk to the Husky Pub and many cafes for meals, as well as to the whale watching and dolphin tours. Simone is an AWESOME host!! She replied to messages almost immediately and paid attention to all details and then some! You could want for nothing in this unit, nor could you ask for more in a host. We loved everything about our stay in Simone's unit and this will be the place we will hope to stay at again when we visit next. Thank you Simone!

We enjoyed our stay in this cute little cottage by the sea. Full length windows provide a peaceful outlook onto a casuarina lined creek/lagoon. If you’re planning to cook, keep it simple - the small kitchen has everything you need but not a lot of space. The bath tub and shower are great, views and all! We also particularly enjoyed using the slow combustion fireplace

Had a fantastic time! Accommodation was excellent, perfect for families. Beach across the road was safe, not too rough and a nice spot to sit in the shade and enjoy the ocean! Great for kids and easy driving distance to local shops and other amenities in the area. Very quiet street.

Honestly, one of the best Air BnBs we have ever stayed in. Exceptional on every measure: stunning location, beautifully appointed, comfortable and welcoming home with everything you would ever need, a responsive friendly host, and beautiful weather! A real 5 star experience.

A great few nights away with school friends…..great location on the beach made the stay relaxing, quiet and private! The home was well presented with comfortable bedding and supplies. Walking distance to lunch at Bannisters Pavilion was so convenient. We will definitely return and stay again in Mollymook.

Margie’s place is lovely, the view is amazing, the house is beachy comfortable and welcoming, beds are good. Great big Tele and plenty of room for everyone to watch a movie. Also a big dining table for family meals. The drive way is not for the fainthearted and although dog friendly including allowing them inside, there is no real yard just a back courtyard and the front deck. Just a heads up if you have big dogs. Unfortunately the council in their infinite wisdom has made the beach very hard to access with dogs from this end, you have to walk all round the suburb to get to the dog friendly part that’s off leash only for certain hours. I think 5pm to 8am (these things are out of the hosts control, but I thought they were worth a mention) I would recommend this place as Margie is a very accomodating host and responsive. We had a lovely family Christmas - thanks Margie for sharing your special place
