We had a great stay at Cathy and Kevin’s. The space perfectly accommodated my four friends and I in separate bedrooms. It was cozy and felt like home! Nearby one of our favorite restaurants (Mason’s) as well. We stayed there before and after a backwoods ski trip so the washer dryer was extra helpful!

We stayed here during the first week in September. We loved the place it was spotless had a great view of the sunrise each morning and very good location. It is close to the Hulls Cove visitor center in Acadia national park and to downtown Bar Harbor. The place is located in a quiet and peaceful area and has a great deck where we enjoyed a glass of wine after a entire day of hiking or sightseeing.

We loved staying at Colie's apartment. The location was perfect! The fact that it was comfortable and clean made a big difference to us - we stayed inside quite a bit since the weather was bitter cold. Communicating with Colie was easy. I highly recommend Colie's place!

This was our third stay at Pam’s place. Her place is clean, private and quiet. The bed is super comfortable and the apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Pam is always responsive and available for questions.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy studio apartment in Camden. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the town center, the harbor, and a variety of restaurants and shops. The beautiful library and other local amenities are close by, making it easy to explore everything Camden has to offer. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with convenient parking available on a side street away from any busy traffic. Inside, the apartment is charming and comfortable. The gas stove adds a warm, inviting touch, and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is surprisingly spacious for a studio and well-equipped. Overall, this apartment was the perfect spot for a relaxing and convenient stay. Highly recommend!

The apartment was fantastic. It had everything we needed- a full kitchen, relaxing living area, and cozy bedrooms. It was absolutely squeaky clean and neat as well! The location was quiet with beautiful forest scenery, and it was not too far from downtown Bar Harbor and Acadia, which we were very grateful for. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Maine!

This is a great property! It's centrally located, clean, spacious, and everything we needed was on hand. The parking is convenient and free. The furniture and bed are very comfortable. Being from Texas, we thought we might be cold at night, but the apartment is very well insulated and we never felt a chill anywhere. And Rich is a great host! He always friendly, and responded quickly to questions and requests. The next time we're in Bangor visiting family, we'll try to stay here!

Beautiful and cozy place and very responsive and accommodating host. Place is 30 mins drive from bar harbor and Acadia . The river down the house is an additional beauty in its own. The place had everything you need. The care the host took for arranging everything is really appreciated.

We had a great time staying at Katie’s place. She is the real deal of Airbnb. She was not a management company! But a real kind person sharing a private space in her home. Knowledgeable about the area and proactive in communicating about a snow storm with us. Very sweet in every way. We would stay again and again!

Nancy's place was perfect for our trip to Maine! We drove to Acadia from here and it was about an hour drive. The apartment was cozy and had a great view, she had everything well stocked and even provided coffee which I appreciated since I forgot to bring some!! Highly recommend for a nice Maine getaway.

What a cozy, beautifully furnished and decorated space. A lot of thought went into making guests feel they’re staying somewhere very special. We certainly did. The second floor apartment with its spacious deck had a view of the ocean and some spectacular sunrises. This was our first visit to Maine and we wanted somewhere central on the coast, like Owl’s Head. It was a good base to explore from. And there was lots to do close by. We were especially pleased to discover the Bernard Langlais art preserve only a few miles away. Rockland is ten minutes away and has a lot of great places to eat.

This was such a sweet place to stay! Four of us (two couples) were in town for a wedding, and we so appreciated the cozy, roomy living room; the proximity to downtown Rockland; and the warmth of MaryBeth and her husband's hospitality. We slept like babies and adored the perfect New England vibes all around us!

The apartment had a very efficient design to maximize the space. The view was beautiful! We loved Belfast and it was easy to get to Acadia. Quiet setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was great to be able to wash clothes mid-vacation. The only thing we missed was a small microwave to reheat our coffee because we were enjoying lingering over coffee with the pretty fall view. Overall- wonderful time!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and Ann was super easy to communicate with before and during our stay. As others have noted, while the distance to the Bar Harbor business district is technically walkable, the roads have no shoulders, sidewalks, or street lights so walking after dark would not be a good idea. That said, we had no problem with finding parking (in mid/late October).

Had the most peaceful winter stay. The location was perfect for visiting Acadia and surrounding areas. And the community rooms at the property were a total plus. Would highly recommend!

Perfect studio. Used the jetted tub, nice and relaxing. Lots of extras (new toiletries, coffee, filters, sugar, etc.) much appreciated and used. The view, esp at sunrise, was stunning. Quiet neighbors. The beach store (pizza, sandwiches, salads, coffee and more) was very good. Just down stairs and one building over. (get there early for their muffins) I would certainly stay here again.

Donna’s place was even better than expected. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Donna was up front about there being no kitchen right away which allowed us to plan ahead and be prepared. The area was beautiful and so peaceful and the huge windows facing the lake were a delight to wake up to each morning. During the days we explored Acadia National Park, just an hour drive away on 1 or 2 roads (always felt shorter) and in the evenings we enjoyed a campfire, stargazing at the end of the dock, and always looked forward to warming up in the hot tub that was always hot and ready for us. This place was perfect for our beautifully cold Acadia winter vacation and felt like a great deal for what we got. I would definitely recommend.

Bohni was an amazing host! Her place was so comfortable and a nice break from the city. She was very responsive via text, and had a lovely list of recommendations for her visitors. Will definitely return!
