Monthly Rentals in Bang Ya Phraek

There are so many good things about this places - great location, close to BTS and close to express bus stop, there is a 7-11 in the building and even a night market nearby. The common areas in the building was well equiped and well maintained. The host is helpful, responsive and proactive. AC, water pressure and wifi was also great. A few things we wished we knew - the couch is not the one in the pictures. It was in pretty bad shape and extremely uncomfortable. We ended up just sitting on the floor mostly - There is a shooting range nearby that can be a little noisy during the day 10am-5pm. You are still on a high floor so it didn't bother us much Overall, the place is excellent with great location and host. And is great value for what we paid for

Highly recommend. One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at. Exceptional customer service especially from their guest coordinator, Jin - she made me feel safe and right at home from the start. The condo is super clean with everything you need to be comfortable. No bad smells or insects. Building is gorgeous with a 7/11 right around the corner. I wish I could have stayed longer but unfortunately, I decided to leave after the earthquake. Thanks again for the short, but wonderful stay.

It was an absolute joy to stay at Krittiya’s place. The apartment photos are accurate. We felt right at home immediately. The building is handsomely appointed and the staff is friendly and professional. Krittiya was an excellent host. The finest imaginable. We cherish our time here and we were so sad to leave. I give Krittiya the highest recommendation. Eleven stars.

The host welcomed me during check in and showed around the place and amenities. I was captivated by the color palette of the place with soft beige, muted greens, and warm wooden tones that created a serene and inviting atmosphere. The convenience of the location cannot be overstated. With two metro stations within walking distance, on either directions the city's bustling attractions and vibrancy were easily accessible in 20-25 mins ride. Overall, my stay was delightful, and I would highly recommend this place.
