Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Bang Lamung District

I very much enjoyed my 7night stay in this apartment. It Had everything I needed, great location and the host was more than helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed a week with my wife and our (big) dog. Frankie was an awesome communicator, quick to reply to any message or query. When we arrived Frankie met us as soon as we got out of the car, huge smile and ensuring that we were ok. Frankie and Lek were super responsive to our dog, big pats and big smiles. We had a heap of bags and Frankie and Lek immediately helped to carry them up the single flight of stairs. When we got to the room, wow, so beautifully presented, clean and airy, lots of room and everything we could possibly need. The apartment is fresh and presents as new, easy to make yourself very comfortable! We couldn’t believe how clean our room would be after being made up by Lek, it was as if we had never been there! I highly recommend Asia Apartments and comment Frankie on presenting such well presented and affordable accommodation. Just a short walk to the beach, local markets and 2 7/11’s down the road, as well as so many restaurant choices! We will definitely stay again!

Easy check in, great location, still somewhat close to a bar street, a bit noisy at night, just bring ear plugs

Overall it was good. The price was cheap. Amenities are great. There is everything, but I need a little more cleaning.

Great place, very nice..

Jackie's place is great. The condo is new and stylish, plus the view! The room was nice, best for 2. But if you have more people like I did, it also fit. You will enjoy staying here. It is better if you have your own transportation. I'd recommend this place if you come to visit pattaya.

Good stay if you want to be in peace

Strand is nice host. Condo is very comfortable and quiet and clean. His accommodation was quiet and clean. He was kind and answered questions promptly. Their family had a bright smile and kindness to feel good when checking in and out. I will stay at his condo once more.

Prime location if you want the beach, to dine, shop or night life. Great rate.

The neighborhood is nice, the swimming pool is great, but it's a bit far from the city center, and there are too many dogs around, so you'll be a little scared to walk.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing.

Great location that is right at the center of Central Pattaya. Room is clean and the host is very responsive. Internet speeds (nearly 1GB on my phone and laptop) for those who need it were the fastest I've experienced in all of my travels throughout Asia. Sitting on the couch, there is a nice of view of the Hilton and ocean. Room is second furthest from the elevators so you don't hear the noisy foot traffic of all the other guests going to and from their rooms. I would visit again.

Very comfortable! Two queen beds.There are also three toilets plus two showers.It is truly convenient.Having a washing machine and a dryer was also great.

Arslan is a great host. Very friendly and helpful. The condo is very quiet and the condo staff is very friendly.

I want to say that the host, Cristina, is a very kind person, she always answers immediately if you need anything about the apartment.the apartment has everything you need for a long vacation. I stayed for a month. You have everything you need for cooking. What is very important to me is the silence, you can sleep as long as you want. When you wake up, just take a step from the balcony and you are in the pool. Thank you Cristina for everything see you soon

Great location, great host, Was there for check in. Condo, was loaded with amenities. After four condos, prior…. This was the best one. Thank you.

We loved it! Pros - there are security cameras (security) - Toaster, Blender - Great washing machine that didn't spoil things and wash everything - Super host, helped us with anything - Plenty of dishes - Large balcony - Good internet, suitable for zoom calls, there were no interruptions, the speed was high - Functional table and chair - Great dryer - Convenient parking - Pool and hall (but not large) Cons - The bed was not one, but two, sometimes separated - Not enough space for things (the closet was slightly clogged with things) - The air conditioner did not change the temperature - Sometimes noisy neighbors (but this is out of the host's control) We would love to stay again, it was one of the best apartments we rent.
