The house itself is beautiful! Cute little yard, but the grass grows fast. The house is very well kept for the most part with updated kitchen appliances. Some new pots, pans, and kitchen utensils are needed, but the basics are available to cook. The outlets in one of the bedrooms didn’t work, but it wasn’t a big deal for me. The beds are very comfortable. There is a bbq grill available to use, and somehow, there was wifi available from another house I assume. If you are interested in going to the gym, be sure to ask for a key card. The communication from Gulya and her assistant could use improvement, but eventually the messages got answered. This house is slightly overpriced considering there isn’t much around, but I would definitely book this place again if I needed to.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, always available to answer any questions I had. The property met all my expectations and was exactly as described in the listing. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future.

If you’re looking for a spacious and quiet place to stay, look no further. All four bedrooms have their own bathrooms with a shower. Very open floor plan perfect for families or large groups. The beds are very comfortable and the place is very well kept. The host is very responsive and the butler helps you check in and out with ease. A short walk to the beach or a taxi to Downtown, everything you could need is close by. The neighborhood is very quiet away from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya City and is perfect to rest and recover after a long day at the beach or out and about. If I could give this place 10 stars, it still wouldn’t come close to the value and convenience provided. This place is first on the list when we return!!!

Dmitry was very friendly and helpful whenever we needed something or had a problem. The place was also very nice and it was the perfect getaway for us. It had everything we needed and more! I would definitely come back here if i were to come back! Thanks Dmitry!
