Caylen and Les hosted a beautiful home for us in Banff. The photos were accurate and the place itself was super cosy and perfect for a winter (or summer) getaway. The stay exceeded our expectations with so much attention to detail. It was only a short 5 minute walk down to the Main Street. We didn’t have a car and you could access all the tour/ski buses and public transport within 15 minutes. Finished off our stay with a lift from Les to our bus. Which was extremely appreciated!! Couldn’t recommend Ugly Bunny any more!!

Nice and quite neighborhood with great Mountain View’s. The hosts are very friendly and very responsive; and the instructions provide are clear and concise. It was a wonderful experience to live in the condo.
