Monthly Rentals in Banana River

Leyden’s condo was so cute and cozy! Everything you could need was available! There were extra blankets and a space heater that came in handy during my stay. I love the vibrant colors in the decor and enjoyed how right at home you felt as soon as you stepped in. Kennedy Space Center was only 20 minutes away and the Coco Beach Pier was right down the street. Will rebook again ☺️

Very nice home and great location. The entire community was well maintained and having access to pools and beach was really nice! It was a very relaxing stay and no complaints whatsoever!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. I loved the brightness of the apartment. lots of natural light. My husband liked the recliner and dish TV. Since our stay was during football playoffs. Top notch location. Half a block from the beach. Comfy Bed.
