Monthly Rentals in Ban Phru

I had a good stay at this Airbnb in Hat Yai. The location is great (near Central Festival), especially for those planning to explore by motorbike, and there’s a 7-11 conveniently located just outside the apartment. It’s a nice option for friends, couples, or even solo travelers. While everything was generally fine, the space connecting the bathroom and kitchen had a persistent smell, which could be improved. Also, our check-in was slightly delayed due to housekeeping, but it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Hat Yai!

perfect room for anyone wanting to stay in Hat Yai. very clean, great WiFi, close to the Central shopping mall. There is a laundry in the building but also there is a new laundry opposite the building for busy times. the host is super responsive to messages and seems vert friendly and polite. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Hat Yai

This is an accommodation I used to live as an outpost for a month to go to Rippe Island. The accommodation is really spacious and clean. There is also one air conditioner in the living room and one room, and the TV is large, and there are various cooking utensils in the kitchen. However, I can't use gas, so I don't have a stove, but I donated an electric grill. Please use it well. There are some ants in the kitchen, but if you spray the insecticide, it won't come out. The swimming pool inside is open until 9 o'clock. I couldn't use it because I was injured, but if you talk to the host, they will also register the gym. The location of the accommodation is a 5-minute walk from the largest Central Mall in Hat Yai, and there is Asen Night Market right behind it, but the Greenway Night Market is a 5-minute walk away. If you take Song Taew right in front of the accommodation, you can get to Lotus 15 baht for 10 baht to Big C. The Asen Shopping Mall in the accommodation is not operated, so please take note. The accommodation is a little old, but it was really my favorite place to stay.
