This place is something special. You can easily watch the sun go down as the moon comes up from your deck with no blocks to the views. Total quiet most of the time unless the hooves of horses occasionally can be heard . It is so comfortable and cosy inside. Walking distance to a post office, pub shop and takeaway . Beautiful walks too around the nearby campsite and river . Clare is the perfect host , friendly, cheerful and kind ,ensuring you total privacy yet immediate help if necessary . Eden is a perfect name for the home. . It really is a little piece of paradise on earth . Probably as good as it gets . We loved every day there .

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Little Seas. As we visited in January, we found It was a warm and cozy studio. The Host of our Airbnb Rachel, was responsive to any questions. We occupied the top floor over a section of the building. The views out to the water were beautiful. The location was convenient to many interesting places in Cornwall including Penzance, Lands End and St. Ives. We particularly enjoyed the little fishing port of Portleven. We dined there quayside at the Harbour Inn a couple of nights. Best to call ahead for dinner reservations as they were busy even in January. We would stay again.

Banana Pancakes had everything I needed while I was attending a course nearby. Really well equipped kitchen and an excellent shower. It was more private than I had anticipated, really tucked away at the end of the garden. Thank you!

Claire communicated as soon as I messaged. She was there to welcome me and explained all I needed to know. The pod was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy and the shower was great. We had everything we needed there. Thank you Claire for the welcome little touches. I will be staying again.
