It perfectly exceeded expectations. We had a great time. Well-maintained and familiar community. It was curious that when arriving and seeing that much of the buildings in the community are uninhabited, as if unfinished. The footsteps of the neighbors above were very much heard. For everything else, super good, very large and clean.

We enjoyed staying among the locali very much. Everything was within walking distance. Restaurants, supermarket, the ferry across the street. Cozy harbor. At the cottage there was enough firewood to burn the wood stove in the evening. The cottage was nicely decorated. We didn't miss anything, everything was present. Furthermore, we have made beautiful hiking nearby.

We’ve not stayed at a better location, highly recommended. Located just a few minutes walk from a world-class beach. A secure location within a complex that allows you to reside with others in the community, while at the same time having privacy. Every convenience and necessity is made available. The kitchen facilities are modern and very complete, all that you may need during an extended visit is provided. Manta Rota is a delightful village, we made many new friends. The hosts, Lucy and Carlos, are welcoming, helpful and friendly. They involved themselves personally to be sure we were comfortable and fully satisfied. They made every effort to ensure our stay was memorable. They have a flair for decoration and delight in creating a chic and upscale ambiance. The cleanliness, quality and decor is first rate. Facilities are modern & in top condition. Description and photos are completely accurate. Heating systems were excellent. We booked to return, which confirms our recommendation.

Thanks to our hosts! We had a wonderful week at Filipa and Paulo's house. We were visiting as a small family and highly recommend it to anyone. Our baby felt very comfortable and had a lot to explore in the house. For us adults, it was nice to sit together in the quiet area in the evening and end the day.
