I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The amenities were excellent, and the space was incredibly comfortable, making it a great place to relax. The hosts were responsive and always available to help, which made my stay even smoother. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

This rental saved my bacon awaiting completion on my new home. I was there a total of 3 months and it was perfect for my in-between "home." Very good wifi, lovely and warm as toast in the winter and a lovely view of the sea when the sun shines!

Liz & Simon were great hosts, they gave lots of local recommendations but just left us to it as well. The annexe was clean, tidy and perfect for a short break. it was super easy to get the bus into Brighton centre or drive if you don't mind paying for parking. I would definitely stay here again.

What an amazing find! It’s a lovely cottage with fab parking and right next door to the huge Happy Valley park and footpaths. We massively appreciated accessing the private field behind, and in particular the completely private and dog-secure fenced garden. It was so well equipped but clutter free so we unpacked easily. Alicia even provided fresh, home baked bread for our arrival and high-end treats for our dogs… and extra towels for them too! Just a brilliant property in a secluded location.
