Tim was the perfect host. I felt very at home, safe and welcomed. Tim went out of his way to help me as the buses were delayed because of a marathon, meaning I would have been late for my course. My parents stayed for the Christmas period and were very happy with their stay. They thought it was tidy, clean, warm and comfortable. Nice thoughtful touches like the twin hot water bottles, milk in fridge, tea, coffee, crumpets etc. They would definitely stay again! Thank you Lisa

Annie was friendly and chatty. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Tea making facilities was available in the bedroom. The Wi fi was very good. The bathroom which was close by, was clean and tidy, and the shower was easy to use. The cost of my stay was very reasonable. The area was residential and quiet and 10-15 minute walk to the seafront. The buses to Brighton are frequent. I would definitely consider staying again, when visiting the area.

Liz & Simon were great hosts, they gave lots of local recommendations but just left us to it as well. The annexe was clean, tidy and perfect for a short break. it was super easy to get the bus into Brighton centre or drive if you don't mind paying for parking. I would definitely stay here again.
