Holiday rentals with a patio in Ballygunge

I had an incredible experience at this property! The amenities were top-notch, and the jacuzzi was absolutely amazing – perfect for relaxation. The host and housekeeper were prompt and attentive, ensuring a seamless stay. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this place, especially for couples looking to spend some quality time together.

If you are looking for something which is Old Kolkata nostalgia, look no further. It reminded me of my Childhood home. The same color of the floor, similar wood work. Bani has maintained it well to retain the old Kolkata charm. clean, spacious apartment which felt like home. The toilet fittings are upgraded to match the modern day requirements. The apartment is originally a large which is split into 2 smaller, self sufficient apartments. we took both of them which if needed could fit 6 people. Bani was very approachable, responsive for any help. I asked for it a couple of times and ahe was prompt to respond. The location is a BIG plus. All the favourite food I grew up with were available within a One KM radius. Overall.. when ever I plan to come back to Kolkata, I will definitely check if Bani's place is available or not.

We stayed at Tathagat’s place for a week. The place is exactly as described also with a beautiful backyard. It has everything you need such as fridge, ac, microwave ,washing machine.The location is just perfect . You will get everything in walking distance and also plenty of rickshaws and autos. Tathagat helped us with a very late check in and always reachable and very helpful. He gave us complimentary morning tea supplies and cookies and also gave another stock in the mid of week. Though we could not use any of them due to our busy schedule but it was a very nice gesture. We will love to stay at his place again in our future visit.

The place was great it was very clean the location is pretty good it's right behind Axis Mall. It may not seem like in the photos but the place is actually very spacious. They also have a very nice balcony setup with a swing as well.

It was a great place to spend time to family and friends. Very nice house.

There a 2 flats and both are wonderful, the area is really peaceful and sarene with lovely birds all around. There are parking facilities the property. decor is very well done. And Rima and Ajay are simply wonderful host. Go for it.

The apartment was really very good and even more considering the area standards. It was as the pictures and description, except that the rooms are in the next floor (not a problem, actually is nice, but if you have heavy suitcases you can keep then down in living room), and there is not equipped kitchen, but Joydip's mother has a menu printed with plenty of dishes to cook for a nice price, veg and no veg food. We didnt try, but Im sure will be delicious. Hit water shower, AC in each room + fan, tv, very good internet connection. It is very easy to go to Belur math, and Dakshineswar temple taking a rikshaw in the main road, or walk 3 minutes to the shiva temple. There are small shops in the nearby, but big market on a rikshaw distance. We liked the place and the great attention from Joydip's mother, we felt in home, and will like to come back.

Down to our last breath along our stay, it was very peaceful....very comfortable & remarkable stay, awesome ambiance and extremely helpful and kind host. Every amenities were clean, never felt like we are staying at an Airbnb, it felt more like home. Very open minded and always ready to help host with an awesome response time. Smooth check-in and check-out, very quite environment, well lit rooms and had many decors with ambient lightings too. Basically an awesome stay to take a breather away from the commotion of Kolkata's city life.

Priti's place was incredible, in fact better than we imagined! I wish the reviews had been even more euphoric, because then we would have chosen the place without thinking! Anyway, the amazing location in Salt Lake, peaceful, walkable, and right next to the Sector V metro station make it super convenient. Indoors, it was just fantastic: roomy, airy, spacious 3bhk, with lovely living area, brilliant TV and entertainment area, perfectly equipped kitchen, clean and nice looks... Really couldn't have asked for more! Both Priti and the caretaker, Ranjita, were communicative, helpful and responsive.

place was lovely and had a good backyard for campfire and relaxing!! also the caretaker was very responsive and helped us with all stuff needed. host too was very responsive and very proactive..

This was our second stay in Lagoon Retreat in two years and the stay there was truly wonderful once again. Pankaj is a great host. He was very attentive to details and ensured that my family had a pleasant and comfortable time in Lagoon. Though there are many restaurants close by that we could visit or order food delivery due to Lagoon’s convenient location, we needed to have home cooked food for one member of our family who had dietary restrictions. Pankaj arranged for a cook in this regard. Pankaj also stopped by to chat with us many times during our stay and we had many fun and enjoyable conversations with him. He has become a friend.

We had a fantastic stay at Arindrajit’s place. He was warm, attentive, and quick to respond to any queries, ensuring we felt comfortable throughout. The flat is situated in a safe and secure gated community. It was exactly as described in the photos and listing—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The location is incredibly convenient for exploring activities in and around the EM Bypass. We would highly recommend staying here and look forward to visiting again!

Devaditya was a great host — very polite, always responsive, and accommodating. He also allowed us a hassle-free early check-in, for which I am very grateful, as I was traveling with my parents. All the listed amenities were available, and the place was exceptionally clean. The locality is amazing, with restaurants and markets nearby. Overall, it was a fantastic stay! I would 100% recommend it and will definitely choose this place again whenever I visit Kolkata.

Came to Kolkata after a very long time and Debjani aunty’s place was the perfect home away from home! The place was exactly as shown on the website and the amenities made our stay very easy. The place is well maintained and secure with lots to do around the area. Debjani aunty has been very accommodating and flexible with our stay. Every concern was immediately addressed and taken care of.
