Very clean and spacious place. Good fast internet connection. Downhill walk to public transportation, uphill on the way back. We used the tram (10-15 min walk) to get to all the different places we needed to. Mustafa is a great host and very helpful!

The host is great and super hospitable. He is always available to help even if he is on a other continent :) House is an interesting experience in itself and definitely has a soul of old İzmir.

The house is perfect for those looking for a peaceful holiday experience. It has a very large and spacious balcony and gardens. Overall the house cleaning was good. The only problem in the house is that the items are starting to get old. Overall a renovation is needed. Other than that, we were satisfied with everything.

Deniz and his associates in Izmir were helpful and were great hosts. Their communication was great and they were very responsive. just a heads up for future travelers in the summer, the AC was just in the main living room so we all slept in there as the bedrooms were quite hot. Overall, the place was clean and there was a grocery market just a two minute walk away so we were able to get grocery items and cook meals at the Air BnB location. Deniz and the hosts provided a large bottle of water when we checked in and there was toilet paper, paper towels, soap, garbage bags, blankets, pillows, bed sheets, plates and utensils which were provided as well. I would recommend Deniz as a host in the future. He was very friendly and responsive.

Ms. Gulcan was very caring. The view of the house was also very nice and very clean, we were very satisfied.

First of all, the view is not as it appears in the photos, it's much nicer. You can easily see all of Izmir The house feels like you're staying in an acquaintance's home, not Airbnb. It really has everything a home should have. The location may be difficult if there is no vehicle, but there are chain markets, gas station and monopoly kiosks around, a location I can call central.
