Great place to stay near many great restaurants and a lot of activities to do in the area. house is very nice, rooms were all very spacious with king beds in most of them, would 100 percent stay here again

Great place to stay for our family, close to great restaurants on 2nd street but off the main commercial area enough to be quiet and comfortable.

We had the best time at Laura’s beautiful home! Seriously such a gem of a home! Our family enjoyed all the amenities but especially the popcorn station and the huge backyard! Laura was responsive from beginning til the end! Would definitely stay here again 😊

Great house for our family stay. Provided pack n play and a few toys. Hosts were quick to respond to a few things that popped up along the way for us too!

Spacious and well-furnished Craftsman-style house in great neighborhood with gated off-street parking! This was perfect for our small family visiting other family in Long Beach. The instructions were comprehensive (in a good way) and Jennifer promptly replied the few times we had questions. We would absolutely rent this again if it's available for our next visit.

The space was cozy yet spacious. Super, super cute. Charming kitchen with high end amenities. It's in a fun, walkable residential area with lots of restaurants and coffee shops.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Lee’s place and it doesn’t disappoint. It’s in a great location, walkable to the beach, bars and restaurants. The space is a great size with great amenities. Hoping to stay here again on my next visit to Newport.

Our family absolutely loved staying at this beautifully restored gem! The property effortlessly combines charming, classic details with all the modern amenities you could want. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home, thanks to the thoughtful touches throughout. The location was just a quick walk 1.5 blocks from to the beach. We especially appreciated the provided beach chairs, beach volleyball, and sand bucket. Inside, we had all the comforts we needed, from coffee pods to keep us going in the morning to the convenience of Uber Eats for groceries and essentials. The surrounding area was so walkable, too; we were able to explore a variety of nearby restaurants without needing a car. Street parking was ample too. Thank you!

I had a wonderful 5-night stay at this charming little spot near Newport Beach. The apartment was just the right size for one or two people and felt perfectly cozy. The kitchen and bathroom were impeccably clean, and I truly appreciated the privacy of the space, which allowed me to comfortably work full days from my laptop without interruption. Having access to on-site laundry was a huge convenience, and the other guests around were all very friendly, making the overall atmosphere relaxed and welcoming. One of the highlights was the BBQ right outside the room—I fired it up and grilled an amazing steak one evening! Every night of my stay was peaceful and enjoyable. Thank you again, Leo, for providing such a fantastic home away from home.

Small space with kitchen but you don't stay here for the space. you stay here for what's outside. Ocean view from window or as soon as step outside. My son loved playing in the sand. Was perfect get away for our tiny family from the Eaton fire. Highly recommend if you prioritize beach access at an affordable price.

Great location. 20mins drive from Disneyland. Clean and spotless room and Kitchen. Felt safe in the gated parking. This was truly a luxurious apartment. I would definately stay here again. Highly recommend.

John’s place was perfect for our family trip!We spent a week visiting relatives in the area. The apartment was well equipped, pristine and easily accessible. We would def stay at John’s place again.

We liked the house a lot -- location and size was great! Wendy was responsive to our questions and needs. There was a little hiccup in the beginning but it was airbnb which needs to work on syncing better. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely pick this place again if we drop by Newport. Miguel's apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay and Miguel was an attentive, friendly host. There was great communication before our trip with very clear instructions for check-in, which was super easy. Miguel even sent us a message a few days into our stay to ask if everything was OK and if we had any questions. The apartment itself was even better than the photos. Very spacious and beautifully decorated and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with kit for cooking. And we even had dinner on the little balcony one evening when we felt like staying in. There were also nice little touches, such as the air conditioning having been turned on prior to our arrival and there was even some lovely jazz music playing softly in the living room when we got there. Additionally having parking nearby for our car was great, as parking in Long Beach can be tricky. My husband and I are planning another trip to Long Beach next year and hope to book again.

I would like to thank Kimberly for everything she has done. Her house is a great location. Our family enjoyed the stay and we highly recommend it. Everything is close by, the beach, the markets, the gas stations and all the restaurants.
