Holiday houses in Balboa Island

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Laura’s! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. One of the highlights for us was the private, fenced yard—our dogs absolutely loved it! The thoughtful touch of little doggie treats made them feel just as welcome as we did. The space was peaceful, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We truly appreciated Laura’s hospitality and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Robert's cottage. The location can't be beat, just steps from the beach and just down the street from the downtown area with all the restaurants and shops. Our favorite was The Taco Stand right at the corner. The cottage itself was adorable and very comfortable. We felt right at home. It's a great deal for the size and location, less than any hotel in the area. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Lou's beach cottage could not have been more perfect. It was lovingly appointed and maintained. Spotless, a well equipped kitchen, books and games. Had everything you would need for a relaxing stay. It is right opposite the beach, literally across the road and so so much to walk to. Lou was a lovely, charming and thoughtful host. He was proactive in making sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to take care of us. I could not recommend this place more. ❤️❤️❤️

Thomas and Cecilia were very responsive to our requests. They accommodated additional requests we had other than what was published in the listing. The patio was awesome. I would definitely go back if I visit Santa Ana again.

5 STAR RATINGS HERE. We had an amazing stay at Massouds place. The house was beautiful, extremely spotless & the beds were incredibly comfortable. We felt right at home & enjoyed every moment. Massoud was an outstanding host, always quick to respond & went above & Beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I have been to many air b&bs.... THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST HOMES I HAVE STAYED AT AND ALONG WITH THE BEST HOST. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO STAY IN ORANGE COUNTY LOOK NO FURTHER. THE HOMES DECO WAS LOVLEY, AN IMMACULATE HOME. SO MANY RESTURANTS AND STORES WITHIN 1MIN. TRUST ME YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID DID. Thank you Massoud for making our stay memorable. We will definitely be back soon.

The place was great for our short stay in Laguna Beach. Super convenient to walk most places in Laguna, and a short drive to others. Bed was nice and comfy, we slept great. We’d definitely stay here again whenever we come back to Laguna. Awesome host as far as communication goes, they were super responsive and gave us plenty of local recommendations which we appreciated very much. A couple things to note: the unit is on top of a very steep hill with no sidewalks and much busier vehicle traffic than we expected. It wasn’t a huge problem for us, but something to consider for others. There are a few walking options for avoiding the steep hill, just takes a few extra minutes. Also the parking lot at the unit is very tight, we had a Jeep Wrangler that wasn’t able to maneuver comfortably into the spot. Probably not an issue for smaller vehicles. Luckily there was a good amount of street parking nearby, which is free.

We cannot thank Michelle and her crew enough for all their help and kindness - we booked last minute due to the LA fires, and Michelle and Mary were beyond accommodating and gracious in helping meet our needs. On top of all that, the place is STUNNING. The top unit has access to the jacuzzi and let me tell you - worth every penny. And you're steps from the beach - can't ask for anything better while riding out a natural disaster. Thanks for keeping us safe!!

I have stayed at one of Mike’s properties for the last year when I make trips to Newport Beach. Mike is always responsive with communication and the units are always clean and comfortable. I will continue to use Mike’s properties when I return to Newport!
