Location location location! Wonderful property , 5 mins from everything. Amazing!

One of the most beautiful views on the Island from the outside deck simply a must stay,plenty of restaurants downstairs the Beaches are minutes away overall a wonderful place to stay,highly recommend!

We loved the location of this place. It was less than a 5 minute drive to where all the action was but in a quiet safe community. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach from the condo and you could walk on the beach about 20 minutes to restaurants. The place was clean and had everything you needed. We definitely appreciate the beach chairs and umbrella. There are several different beaches within a 20 minute drive that are worth checking out. This place was centrally located, had all the amenities you needed for a beach trip and had a welcoming and relaxing feel.

I think this was one of the best places I’ve stayed! It was clean, organized and well managed. I didn’t realize I would be able to hear the ocean all night long from the master suite and this was a nice surprise. Also, there are some cute little places down near Sardinia Beach that serve great drinks and the last kiosk, away from condo, served excellent Empanadillas. Stephanie also went out of her way to find a bike for me to rent that was not a bike.

Great location and property. Hosts responded quickly throughout the stay. I will be back soon.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view and the sound of the ocean was so calming, the beaches close by were perfect for swimming and surfing, and the boardwalk to Jobos was gorgeous. The place was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen and beach gear. Willy was so helpful and kind and gave us some good tips. Very relaxing!

We loved the place. Centrally located, spacious and comfortable place to have a good time with friends and family. Even though it's close to the main road the noise from outside can't be heard. It was very relaxing to rest and go to the beach and restaurants.

Pearce was a very communicative host and made us feel right at home on our annual surf trip. The house is great for a group and the location is perfect for getting to Jobos or surfing surrounding breaks

This place was absolutely amazing—just as beautiful as the photos, if not better! Everything about it was perfect, from the comfortable king bed and air conditioning to the well-equipped kitchen and excellent coffee maker. The rooftop space was a standout—a peaceful and relaxing area with a stunning private pool and poolside ambiance. What truly sets this place apart are the extra conveniences. The provided snorkeling gear, cooler, chairs, and other thoughtful amenities made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. The location is ideal: calm and private, yet super close to fantastic restaurants and some of the best beaches. The hosts were phenomenal—so devoted to ensuring a great experience. Even when a minor hiccup occurred, they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Communication was quick, and they were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. We’re already planning our return! Highly recommend this place to anyone!!

We genuinely loved our stay at this home. The host, Josie, was nothing short of incredible. The home has stunning views and near restaurants, markets, the town square, etc., making it an easy choice for us. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Loved our stay at Jhoan’s place! At first we were bummed because it was raining and our plan was to spend the weekend on the beautiful pool and beaches but there was so much to do and so many great restaurants and we didn’t get a chance to get bored. There were plenty board games, a Bluetooth speaker and tvs in every room. We had the best of times.

The place was clean, comfortable, and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location was a major highlight, close to beautiful beaches and many good places to eat. Luis was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

The place is a phenomenal beachfront 3 BR condo. 2nd floor gives unlimited view of ocean. Very safe, and very clean. Great parking. Kitchen well stocked. Beds and linens were very comfortable. All super good, but laundry sink smelled really bad (we needed bleach to clean). We would definitely return because the place is great, pool is very nice, tennis court, and a great beach.

We had a great stay at John and Marie's place. They were very accommodating with our check in. We were greeted with snack and a basket of really nice lotions and goodies. John and Marie have thought of everything! All of the instructions for the home were very thorough, the kitchen was well stocked and modern. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. We had plenty of beach towels and bath towels. We loved the upstairs for our teenagers to hang out and have their own space. The condo is a 2 minute walk to the beach and the pool was very nice. We loved the location to the restaurants and Jobos Beach. We had a great time and highly recommend this condo:)

It was an amazing location! So pretty and easy access to two beautiful beaches (Jobo and Montones). We loved both for different reasons. The view from the balcony was very nice. The place has everything you need but beds and couch not comfortable. I would still rent again because it was worth the price!! We spent little time indoors.

Everything about the place was great- kitchen was thoroughly equipped, beds comfortable, plenty of towels. Host thought of so many needs such as extra toothbrush and sunscreen. Definitely would stay again!

Arnaldo’s place is beautiful. It’s the perfect size for a family that wants to stay together but have their separate rooms. We love the location. Easy drive to beautiful beaches, restaurants (our favorite is Hippie Mango just 2 minutes down the road). Close drive to everything you need and you can really enjoy the property without even leaving. The three things that we wish for in the future stay there is: being able to have guests over without feeling like we need to know the names the day of arrival because plans aren’t fully formed yet. We have many friends on the island and we love having them come by for dinner or to connect with us. Having an oven in the house would have been Great because we don’t use the microwave. Having a few beach chairs in the unit so people can take them to the beach

Quentin’s place was a perfect location. Loved the gated community, private beach and pool. Very safe and extremely clean. We had everything we needed. The host was very responsive when we had a few questions. We have stayed in the area several times, but now have found our place we will go back to. Thank you for having us. We highly suggest staying here and will rebook future stays in PR.

The place overall was very clean. Very nice area. Very quiet and safe place.

Denise’s place is EXACTLY as advertised. The ocean is a stone throw away and the bike path is a bonus for those morning/afternoon strolls/runs with my wife. The place is clean, cozy & comfortable, and quiet. We didn’t use the pool as the ocean was our place for the day. I highly recommend Denise’s apartment and would 100% stay there again.
