We had a lovely time at Devika's place. Not only was it really close to Mandrem beach but the rooms were comfortable and the garden space was perfect for our family. There are some parts of the house like low balconies that are a little unsafe for kids so they need to be watched 24x7 but besides that the home is beautiful and a great place for a family getaway. Devika is also super responsive and very accomodating and understanding. Thanks Devika for a memorable holiday :)

Blue Palm C-11 Villa is a charming and peaceful property, just a stone's throw away from the market, restaurants, and beaches, all within a 5-10 minute walk. The villa is clean and well-maintained, with a polite and helpful caretaker always ready to assist. We had four toddlers with us, so a fully functional kitchen was essential, and it felt just like home. The rooms were nice, and the spacious living room could easily accommodate 7-8 people for relaxing and chatting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the C-11 Villa.

Property is well suited for families to stay and is close to Candolim beach with all necessary amenities and shops nearby. Mr Manoj responds immediately for any query and even resolves issues which are beyond his control. I strongly recommend all the families visiting goa to stay at their property.

All the luxuries are there… toiletries and towels can be improved further… ( they might have kept it below luxury because people might have been taking them away with them 😂) overall its wonderful stay worth every penny…

The villa is beautifully done up. The interiors are very well maintained, and the appliances and air conditioning were working perfectly. There is ample parking space for a large car and two bikes. Several restaurants very close by, with shacks and the beach a 5 min walk. Great stay, good hosts and staff.

We had a wonderful stay at a four-bedroom villa in Aguada Anchorage. The property is just a 10-minute walk from the beach via a charming pathway and is ideally located near great restaurants offering authentic Goan cuisine. The villa was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished, with spacious, well-lit rooms that made our stay relaxing and comfortable. The service was prompt and attentive, catering to all food and housekeeping needs. The highlight was the clean and refreshing private pool, perfect for unwinding. The friendly and professional staff added to the overall experience. This villa is an excellent choice for a serene getaway, offering top-notch amenities and a prime location. Highly recommended! The reception team, especially Diksha and Maria, were extremely prompt and responsive. They helped arrange vehicles with drivers, self-drive cars, and two-wheelers, making transportation hassle-free. They even coordinated a convenient airport pickup.

What a beautiful setting and pretty villa! it had everything we were looking for and more. I was surprised by the proximity to the beach and the pool was well maintained and clean too. The host was very welcomimg and kind and she helped us through everything. Go for it, brilliant roomy space for large groups.

Very neat place, ideal for family and kids. Well equipped kitchen which is helpful with kids. Big parking place and you get scooter on rent in apartment itself. Beach is 1 km away. Helper Bablu bhaiya does awesome cleaning. Apartment has restrictions for smoking and drinking in common area which I liked it as it becomes kids friendly 🙂. I would thank host for a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend this place for a peaceful vacation.

The accomodation inside was very good with all basic facilities and so was the host. The buliding in which this flat lies is close to Calengute market. But the flat lies on 3rd floor of the building with no lifts, makes it slightly difficult for people above 50.

This property is exactly as it is shown in the pictures. So beautiful and peaceful with all the amenities. All the restaurants and beaches are very nearby which makes this property perfect for long stay in north Goa. Mr. D’souza was a wonderful host who helped us during our stay from providing an amazing itinerary to recommendations of best restaurants/ cafes in town. Apart from that he made sure to stay in touch with us throughout for any issues that we might face. Their caretaker Mr. Shabbir was also very helpful and well behaved person. Overall to sum it up, we had the best stay in this property. Would love to come back and will surely recommend to friends, family and colleagues.

We had such a wonderful time staying at this property! It really exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from Candolim Beach, and having a lovely pool on-site was such a bonus. Matasha was an exceptional host, always friendly and attentive. She keeps the house in impeccable condition, and her thoughtfulness made our stay truly memorable. Since it was my husband's birthday during our stay and she sent us a delicious cake, which was such a kind gesture. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Goa. We can't wait to visit again!

My friend and I stayed in Freeda’s beach house for 4 nights and it was a blast. 50m from the beach, where you also can find nice food spots. Freeda was a great hostess who were very friendly and helpfull! Would recommend!

From the moment we arrived, Mr Kenny was very welcoming and was very friendly....From renting scooty to giving local recommendations he provided us with all the help we needed....Beach supermarkets were just 2 mins away and the room was well maintained same as the photos.....would highly recommend to visit this place
