Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Baga Beach

My family and I had a truly wonderful stay in Praveen's villa in Candolim. The villa is in a perfect location, so close to all the shops and restaurants and a very short walk to the beach. The villa is within a small villa complex which is so peaceful and serene. Everyone is very friendly. The villa is very spacious, and is spotless. Praveen is a brilliant host, very responsive if needed and hospitable. This was our second stay here and my family and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday stay.

beautiful, spacious and well equipped villa inside an equally beautiful, lush green and well maintained gated community of 10 villas. well equipped kitchen with adequate crockery, cutlery and glassware. fresh linen provided everyday including separate pool towels. bathrooms stocked with toiletries. full time house keeping staff cleaning the bedrooms daily, and the kitchen after every meal. the house keeping staff can also cook breakfast for guests, and made tea/coffee for us on demand!! although we started off looking for a property close to the beach, we decided to explore Assagoa village on this trip. the plunge pool/jacuzzi and the butler tipped our decision in favour of this property. and having started at this property, definitely recommend it lastly. a special thanks to our host for allowing us a late check out since our return flight was delayed

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

We had a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and well maintained and so are the bathrooms. Daily cleaning of entire house and washing of the utensils was cherry on the cake . The place is about 10-15 minutes drive from Vagator and other beaches . Ample space for car parking . All in all , we enjoyed staying there .

A value for money villa! Super clean and comfortable. The caretaker was very helpful. The location is perfect (Vagator). So for party lovers like me, the villa was at the perfect place. The villa had all the amenities we were looking for.

It’s was exclusive and elegant. I travelled Goa with my wife and a 5 year old daughter. They loved it. It felt like home. Even my daughter was down in health for a whole day, the Doctor and medical store was nearby. Happy to be a part of this place. Looking forward to visit again. Thanks and Regards. 🙏🏼

If u want to stay at a place where it feels home then this is your destination. In my last 12+ years of travelling experience this is one of the top 5 best places that I have stayed. Luis (our host) makes you really feel that it’s your own house and we personally felt we are staying at our home with friends and family.

Great place to stay, all the restaurants and markets were nearby. Candolim beach was at walking distance. The staff was very helpful and cooperative. Would love to come back again

*Pros:* 1. Vipin is a wonderful host. 2. Spacious house with 3 bedrooms and an additional queen bed. 3. Well-equipped big kitchen. 4. Convenient location: 4th-floor property with lift access. 5. Extra mattress provided. 6. Walkable distance to Candolim beach. 7. Nearby amenities: supermarket, Swiggy delivery, KFC, Domino's, and many restaurants. 8. Vipin offers helpful assistance with details. 9. We are total of 9 pax with kids & we loved the house. 10. The house has everything jst walk in with ur clothes. *Cons:* 1. AC in one room didn't work during the stay though the electrician has been sent immediately but still its not solved. 2. Curtains in bedrooms could be thicker and better. 3. Some pillows needs replacement.

I had an amazing stay at this cozy house in Goa. The property was well-maintained, clean, and we felt completely safe inside. Kajal, our host, was fantastic — very responsive and always available to answer any questions or concerns. She ensured the house was spotless and took care of the cleaning, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location was convenient, and everything was just as described. I come every year to Vagator, and this is the second time I am staying at Sky Villa. I decided to extend my trip for a few more days, and I am glad that Sky Villa was available. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else! Rudra was very accommodating, and allowed us to have an extra guest for a few days. Overall, I highly recommend Sky Villa if you're staying in Vagator!

Me and girls had an amazing stay at the duplex apartment. The house was even better than what we expected. The host and the caretaker were extremely responsive and made the entire check in and check out hassle free. Would 100 percent recommend this place to my friends and family. The pool the view and the facilities were amazing.
