Nice studio that makes you feel like home. Quiet neighborhood with walking distance to underground, supermarkets and a local mall. Holger is very friendly. Excellent option for 1 person (maybe 2).

We stayed for a concert that took place in Gelsenkirchen, with Heike and Ulrich. We were very nicely received and felt comfortable. For the 3 of us, the apartment was more than sufficient for our occasion. Heike even offered us that we could check out later if we want because the concert and the return trip took a very long time. Thank you both :)

Pleasant stay. There were four of us to attend an event at the Veltins Arena. The location was ideal and also great to reach by S-Bahn. There was everything available to make dinner and breakfast.

The stay exactly met our expectations for a quiet, cozy break after Christmas. Communication was always excellent and Lukas once helped us quickly and easily. The apartment is very modern and offers everything you need for a little break. We felt right at home. Thank you and keep it up! We will be happy to come back.
